Welcome to Hypnocraft.
This audio is for you if you feel like you have really great ideas,
Yet you keep thinking instead of starting.
Perhaps you keep preparing and you feel like you should know everything before you start.
Perhaps you are afraid of doing it wrong or you wait for the perfect moment.
Or maybe you've lost momentum and you want to get back on track.
Either way,
You might notice that perfectionism is showing up,
Waiting for more knowledge,
Planning and preparation before you begin.
So my intention for you today is to increase your motivation,
To help you move forward and to create momentum and to reconnect with that place of self-trust and simply starting without it needing to be perfect.
Now make yourself comfortable and allow yourself to arrive in this moment.
Now on a scale from 1 to 10,
How ready do you feel to take action?
10 means very ready,
1 means you don't feel ready at all.
And just see what number comes up first.
Okay,
Now let's make sure that we increase this number so you feel more ready to take action and to work towards your dream life.
So just feel how your feet are touching the ground,
Take a deep breath in,
Breathe out.
Let's start with the karate chop point,
Side of the hand.
Even though a part of me is waiting to feel ready,
I am open to moving forward one step at a time.
Top of the hand,
I allow myself to take imperfect action.
Eyebrow,
Small steps count as real progress.
Side of the eye,
I am someone who follows through.
Under the eye,
I know that mistakes are information.
Under the nose,
One task at a time.
Chin,
I allow imperfect versions.
Collarbone,
My first attempt is not my final result.
Under the arm,
I keep showing up and I improve on the go.
Karate chop point,
Even though I might not feel ready yet.
Top of the hand,
I know that feedback helps me grow.
Eyebrow,
I improve through repetition.
Side of the eye,
Today I take the next step.
Under the eye,
I trust myself to figure things out along the way.
I am learning and improving by doing.
Chin,
My ideas become real through my actions.
Collarbone,
Each action builds confidence.
Under the arm,
Confidence grows from evidence.
And for the final round,
Let's start with the karate chop point again.
Even though I might feel like I need to prepare more in order to be ready.
Top of the hand,
I create momentum by starting.
Eyebrow,
I choose one simple task at a time.
Side of the eye,
And I complete it.
Under the eye,
I turn ideas into tiny actions.
Under the lip,
I focus on one action at a time.
Chin,
I trust consistency more than intensity.
Collarbone,
I am building something great step by step.
Under the arm,
I am ready to trust myself.
Now take a deep breath in,
Breathe out.
Relax your arms,
Your hands.
Become aware of the sounds around you.
Feel how your feet are touching the ground.
Now on a scale from 1 to 10,
How ready do you feel to take action?
Okay,
Very good.
I'm wishing you a day filled with inspiration,
With joy.
Knowing that the actions that you take today matter.
And knowing that the seeds that you're planting today will grow in the right timing for you.
All you need to do is take one step at a time.
You
