Welcome back!
This audio is for you if you feel that you have great ideas,
Yet you keep thinking instead of starting,
Maybe you lack structure or perhaps the lack of clarity makes you procrastinate.
My intention for you today is to increase your motivation and to help you move forward,
To create momentum and to tap into more self-trust,
One action at a time.
So make sure that you're comfortable and allow yourself a few moments to arrive in this space.
Feel how your feet are touching the ground,
Relax your breathing.
Now on a scale from one to ten,
How strong does this feeling of procrastination feel?
Ten means incredibly strong,
One means that you're ready to take action.
So let's lower this number for you,
So you can feel more motivated,
More ready to take action.
Let's start with the karate chop point,
Side of the hand.
Even though my pet might not be clear,
I nudge myself to take action.
Top of the head,
I only need to focus on one step at a time.
Eyebrow,
I empower myself to learn a little more every day.
Side of the eye,
I learn by taking action.
Under the eye,
Even though I might not have all of the answers.
Under the nose,
I discover the way by moving forward.
Chin,
I am allowed to start small.
Collarbone,
Movement creates energy and motivation.
It creates momentum.
Under the arm,
I create clarity by moving forward.
Karate chop point,
Side of the hand.
Even though I might not have a clear plan,
Each step shows me the next step.
Top of the head,
Every action gives new insight.
Eyebrow,
New information.
Side of the eye,
Small steps count as real progress.
Under the eye,
I test instead of overthinking.
Under the nose,
I learn more from taking action than from planning only.
Chin,
I focus on what I can do now.
Collarbone,
Action creates clarity.
Under the arm,
Dan teaches more than waiting for perfection.
Let's move on to the third round.
Karate chop point,
Side of the hand.
Even though I might not have full clarity yet,
I learn by taking actions.
Top of the head,
I know the path becomes clear as I walk it.
Eyebrow,
I choose one simple task at a time.
Side of the eye and I complete it.
Under the eye,
I break big ideas into small tasks.
Under the nose,
I trust that by taking action,
The next step will become more clear.
Chin,
I trust myself.
Collarbone,
I focus on what I can do today.
Under the arm,
I turn ideas into tiny actions.
Each action builds confidence.
Now take a deep breath in,
Breathe out.
Relax your arms,
Relax your breathing,
Feel the ground beneath you.
On a scale from 1 to 10,
How strong does this feeling of procrastination feel?
10 means very strong,
1 means you don't feel the procrastination at all.
Okay,
Great job.
I'm wishing you a beautiful day filled with joy and inspired action.
Know that your seeds that you're planting today will grow exactly at the right time.
Thank you.
