When we rest deeply into our simple ordinary experience of being human, we find sensations, thoughts and emotions arising in a vast open, loving unstained presence of our being that has infinite capacity to be with whatever is happening. If we can drop resistence to what is, we find the unchanging, limitless and stable ground of being and the beginning of true happiness and the path to fall in love with both the world and ourselves again--to discover what true unconditional love really is.

Transcript

Let's just close our eyes together,

Bringing our hearts into resonance.

So allowing your attention and awareness to unhook from the thinking mind behind the eyes and drop your center of awareness into your heart or belly,

Whatever feels most natural to you.

And then start to take some long,

Slow breaths into the belly,

Just letting yourself really land here.

Maybe giving yourself a little nod of gratitude and appreciation for taking this time out to pause and return back to you,

Letting the body-mind slow down and reconnect with your deeper knowing.

Maybe consciously letting the hips,

Belly,

Shoulders relax,

Letting the eyes,

The cheeks,

The tongue relax.

And drop a grounding cord down into the earth,

Maybe about a foot below you,

Into your deep earth chakra.

So letting yourself be really connected here in the body.

Bringing a sense of,

I chose this,

I chose to be here at this time of this great planetary transformation.

And let yourself recommit,

I chose to be here.

So this transformation or awakening isn't escaping the body somewhere else,

It's actually through the body.

It's embodied awakening,

Bringing more love,

More light through you into the world.

That's the human journey.

And then let your awareness expand out from the body into the room.

So you really expand and feel the space around you.

Notice that there's no limit or boundary in awareness.

You're not stopping at the skin or the edges of your body.

And notice that when you return awareness to body,

Ask yourself,

Can you find an edge between where the body ends and space begins in awareness?

And feel how there's one seamless awareness.

It's all awareness.

It's all consciousness.

You aren't just the body or just the mind.

You're everything that arises,

Your entirety of experience.

It's all you.

And the form that arises in the formless is like a wave.

It's like a wave of light.

Consciously drop any need to control any aspect of what is arising.

So just see it all happening on its own.

The next thing just happens.

Surrender or letting go is really opening to this process where everything is unfolding and there's no resistance.

So see how this no resistance is like a saying yes to everything in your experience.

And feel a quality of what it feels like to say yes to everything that's occurring without needing to resist or put up boundaries or barriers.

See if you feel more openness and light as you relax and allow a yes to the next thing that happens.

Maybe even you smile towards it,

All of it.

And then ask yourself,

Is this the same as unconditionally allowing or loving what's here?

What is love really?

And could it be that this is it?

If I say yes to everything in my experience,

It's kind of a falling in love with the world as it is.

And you are that,

Which means it's a falling in love with you as you are.

Could it be that this is what self-love really is?

A true allowing and saying yes to everything about you and everything in your experience.

And I just invite you to practice this throughout your day.

See what it's like to just say yes over and over again to everything that's here.

Could it actually be that simple?

Beautiful 🌸 Lately I’ve been living my life more from this perspective - allowing every moment, every emotion, mind state to be just as it is. Letting go of the need to control my experience. It feels incredibly liberating. And your question “Could it actually be this simple?” totally resonates. Amazing! Thank you so much for this meditation😊
