Hello,

And welcome to this new day.

In this meditation,

We're going to contact the wild intelligence of being that you truly are and the flow of life that is happening all around us.

We come to see that in every moment,

The suffering that we experience is self-created by our very resistance to this flow of life.

And that we have a choice to step into this flow,

To not resist the life that is happening all around us.

And when we do,

We open the door for the joy of being,

For the grace of the mystery of life to flow through in every moment.

So let's begin by closing our eyes together.

Bring your spine gently upright.

Rest your hands comfortably in your lap with the tips of your thumbs touching lightly,

With your feet resting gently on the floor or tucked underneath you.

Bring your awareness to the meditation that is already occurring,

To the wild intelligence of being that is already at peace and at rest with all that is happening.

This isn't some extraordinary state that you need to achieve.

This is the natural state of being that is here and available in every moment to every being.

This field of awareness,

This field of being,

Its natural state is joy and peace and ease.

You don't need to try to make this happen.

This isn't a kind of doing.

This is a kind of knowing,

Of opening your heart to the meditation that's already occurring.

And within this beingness,

There is movement,

The changing field of energy that moves through all things,

Anicca in Sanskrit.

So notice the subtle sensations arising within the body,

The aliveness.

Notice the energy of the breath as it moves in the inflow and the outflow.

Notice the energy of sound coming to your ears.

Notice the energy of thought or emotion.

All of this is the field of changing energy.

Expand your awareness to see that it's not many things,

But one changing field of energy.

And from the view of your wild intelligence of being,

Simply allow this energy to move and flow like wind through the trees.

And as thought or feeling arises,

It's perfectly okay.

It's so natural.

Simply include that to say to the mind,

Yes,

And you too.

Without resisting any aspect of what's arising in this now moment.

To allow the flow is to simply say yes to whatever is arising.

Be the thoughts painful or difficult.

Be them joyful.

See if you can simply allow what is here to be without resistance.

Like whispers on the wind.

See if this changing energy field has a message for you for this day.

Open your heart to its wisdom and its intelligence.

Let the mind rest gently in the heart.

Cradling your being,

Suffusing it with compassion,

With wisdom,

With grace.

Letting the wild intelligence of being sparkle forth.

You know how to do this.

You have all the wisdom and all the tools already within you.

Trust yourself and trust life.

Let this flow of life moving through be like wind at your back.

Carrying you forward.

Sailing you with purpose and intention and heart into the beauty of this new day.

And with that,

We'll close the meditation here.

Letting your eyes gently blink open.

Hold your awareness gently in your heart.

Letting it suffuse your day.

And remembering that in any moment you can return to this wild intelligence.

That it never leaves you.

That it's holding you.

In compassion and love in every moment.
