Hello and welcome.
I am so glad you are here today with me.
This meditation,
This is it,
Is a pointing into awareness from the space where it feels like we are always trying,
Where it feels like there's we're always waiting for some next moment,
Some other thing that will be perfect,
That will make life okay so we could finally be free.
And what if,
What just if,
This is it here and now.
An invitation into the beauty and the wholeness of life that's just waiting to be discovered.
So with that I invite you to take your meditation posture,
Which means take a comfortable seat.
You might choose to sit with your body gently upright so it feels as though there's a string pulling the top of your head up.
Relax your shoulders,
Place your feet on the floor comfortably or perhaps you're in a meditation cushion or even laying down if that's most comfortable for you.
Close your eyes and just start first to tune in to the body.
Very simply take some deep breaths into the belly,
Maybe sighing it out and let yourself really land here.
You've made this time to be here in this meditation so bring your whole self into the meditation.
Let your body relax so maybe let your feet sink deeper into the floor.
Feel the weight of your body in the chair.
Let your shoulders and arms relax.
Let your eyes,
Your cheeks,
And your jaw relax.
And let your tongue relax gently on the roof of your mouth with the tip of the tongue touching the back of the teeth.
And let yourself just feel there is a body here sitting.
Sensation is being felt.
Sounds arising,
The sound of my voice,
Feeling maybe the air on your skin.
And open your awareness to just feel the space in your room and then feel space from space allowing yourself to drop any notion of the past and any planning for the future.
Any judgment or criticism,
Am I doing this right?
What does she mean by this?
Simply letting yourself rest in just this,
Just what's here now.
Feel the intimacy of this knowing of you.
You when all the clothes are removed,
Naked,
Bare,
The same sweet beingness of you that has always been here like an old friend.
And what if this is it?
A waiting that needs to be read so you understand enlightenment.
Another practice practice doesn't need to be done.
This here now,
What if this is it?
Nothing more is required.
Nothing more is needed for you to be okay.
You've arrived.
You've really,
Truly arrived.
Congratulations.
And let that sense of arrival permeate through your tissues and cells like a message to your whole body.
This is it.
I'm here.
I'm claiming my whole perfect self as I am.
This moment doesn't need to be any different.
No situation in my life needs to be any different.
I'm claiming my own wholeness,
My own perfection now.
Here is where I choose to live and operate from.
Standing on the firm ground of my own divinity.
Because the moment that we choose,
Moment we choose to acknowledge our arrival is the moment our life truly begins.
And for these last few minutes,
Just rest in the sweet stillness of your own perfect being.
Thank you.
