Good morning.

Welcome to this new day.

I am so glad that you are here.

Close your eyes gently and place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

And feel the soft animal of your own body underneath your hands.

Take a moment to feel the aliveness.

Your body is your temple,

Your sacred vehicle as you walk in this world as a human.

Take a moment to honor and be grateful for all that it does for you,

So that you may have this beautiful human experience.

Now rest your hands comfortably in your lap,

With one hand cupped in the other,

The tips of your thumbs touching lightly.

And invite in all of your teachers and guides,

Benevolent ancestors,

Into this ceremony as we begin this new day.

Welcoming their help and their assistance to support you,

That you are not walking this human journey alone,

But you are supported and held.

Then take a moment to send blessings and gratitudes to all the beautiful people in your life,

Family,

Friends,

Lovers,

Pets.

You might even name them in your mind.

Wishing them well,

Sending them blessings.

Now let's connect with the breath,

The breath that connects you to this universe.

So begin by noticing and connecting with the breath on the inhale,

Breathing in beautiful,

Clean,

Clear oxygen,

And breathing out,

Returning carbon dioxide that feeds and nourishes the trees and the plants.

And we'll take several minutes here just to breathe in and breathe out and connect ourselves to the living universe.

Feel the inhale nourishing and enlivening every cell in your body.

And feel your exhale received by the universe as a blessing,

As a gift for your presence.

Now widen your focus to notice all the sounds in the room and in your environment.

Becoming aware of all that is happening,

Life happening all on its own.

Allow yourself to simply allow life to be as it is.

There's nothing special you need to do here.

Simply notice and allow.

Allowing yourself to attune to the living universe that is happening without your help.

Invite and notice if any special instructions arise for your day.

These might come as a feeling or a thought.

And you are simply open to receiving whatever information or messages the universe has for you today.

And as we prepare to close,

Place your hands in prayer posture in front of you.

Giving thanks for the gift that it is to be human,

The gift of your presence.

Feeling the wholeness and the perfection of your being.

That nothing special needs to be done today for you to be whole and perfect and complete.

You already are that.

And your life is a gift to this universe.

Your very being,

Your very presence is enough.
