This guided visualization is a beautiful journey to a natural and serene waterfall setting. This meditation can be used for a mid-day refresher, to feel mentally and emotionally rejuvinated, as you cleanse your mind of busy thoughts.

Transcript

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Let's take a few breaths together.

Allow the belly and chest to rise as you inhale and contract and fall as you exhale.

A couple more just like that.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in,

Filling up and breathing out.

Allow the body to relax and embrace the stillness and clenching the jaw and the glutes.

Drop your shoulders,

Drop your arms feeling heavy and supported against whatever you're sitting or lying on.

We're going to take a visualization journey.

Imagine that you're walking through a beautiful meadow.

There's tall grass and wild flowers,

Trees and the sun is shining up above you in a warm,

Uncomfortable glow.

You keep walking at a steady and slow pace taking in all the sights,

The smells and sounds.

You hear birds and crickets chirping up in the trees in the grass.

Bees are buzzing around the flowers.

Take a moment and smell the sweet aroma of flowers and fresh grass.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Then you hear a faint sound of water in the distance.

You start walking down the path towards the sound of the water.

Eventually you see a little river flowing down the mountain in a slow and steady pace.

You start to follow the river up the mountain.

Feel how your feet are stepping firmly into the ground beneath you as you walk.

Feel your breath in your belly and your chest as you climb up the mountain.

Eventually the sound of the water gets louder and you realize that you're standing in front of a beautiful waterfall.

As the sun shines on the waterfall it casts off a colorful rainbow.

You can't help but smile at the beauty of nature.

As you stand in front of the waterfall you decide to take a swim.

The water is warm and comfortable as you step inside.

Feel the big and sturdy rocks beneath your feet as you walk.

Letting the water sprinkle gently as you come closer to the waterfall.

And when you get to the waterfall close your eyes and imagine infusing this waterfall with qualities of joy and love and laughter and any other qualities that resonate with you in this moment.

Visualize and see these qualities become one with the waterfall.

Now you take one more step forward towards the waterfall and you find yourself immersed in this ever flowing waterfall.

And as the water gently hits your body you feel like it's washing away any sadness,

Any stress,

Any worries,

Any fear,

Any anxiety.

Pouring down your head,

Your face,

Torso,

Arms,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Leaving you feeling relaxed washing away any muscle tension.

And as you stand here under the waterfall feel the qualities you've infused into this waterfall earlier start to infuse into yourself.

You feel joy and love as you embrace and allow these qualities and many other positive and uplifting qualities to infuse into every cell in your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Stay here for as long as you wish washing away the darkness and any negativity that might have been harboring in your body and your mind.

And as you create space allow the space to fill with love and inspiration pouring from top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Breathing in and breathing out.

When you are ready to come back you slowly walk out of the water back into the path making your way back to the meadow.

You're left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated ready to continue with your day.
