This JSJ self-care hold also helps aid in harmonizing our reproductive organs and reproductive functions. This simple position is a major "intersection" of many other JSJ flows. This is one of my go-to's during pregnancy, especially if I'm needing to feel grounded in my body, free in my mind, and connected with my baby easily and quickly.
