Hello all you beautiful souls,

Welcome to another guided meditation led by myself Thalia.

So grateful you're here with me today as we explore our values,

Our body's wisdom,

And what and where our values are stored in our body,

What they're communicating to us,

And how they feel in our bodies,

Dropping in to the sensations,

The feelings,

The emotionality,

All of it.

So when you're ready,

I want you to get into a comfortable position,

Sitting,

Laying down wherever you may be,

Feeling the support beneath you,

Breathing in,

Clearing whatever is alive in your body with three clearing breaths,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,

In through your nose,

Releasing out through your mouth,

And in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And I want you to think of your future higher self.

What do they feel like?

What do they look like?

Where are they right now?

I'm just bringing this vision,

This picture into your mind's eye,

Connecting to them in this moment,

Painting this picture,

Getting so clear on all the details.

What are the characteristics that you see in this vision,

In this moment?

What's the expression on the face?

How do they move their bodies?

How do they nourish themselves?

How do they show up?

How do they communicate?

How do they love?

I want you to think of the first thing that comes to your mind.

How do you show up?

Whatever word comes to your mind,

All is welcome.

How do they show up?

Confident,

Courageously,

Terribly,

Honestly,

Whatever it may be,

Authentically,

Whatever word comes to mind.

And with that word,

I want you to feel where does that land in your body?

Where do you feel the way you show up in your body?

Connecting to that feeling,

Connecting to that space in your body,

Maybe even placing your hand on that space in your body,

Just feeling it and now feeling the sensation behind this place in your body.

What does it feel like?

And as you describe this feeling in your mind,

It feels like a warm feeling,

A rush of energy,

Open,

Closed,

Whatever it may be,

Just feeling into that sensation,

Feeling into that characteristic,

That value.

There you go.

I want you to feel into the way that you nourish yourself.

How does that feel like in your body?

What foods are you eating?

How are you moving your body?

What does that feel like?

Connecting to this place in your body,

Connecting to the sensation,

The emotionality behind it all.

And as you feel into this,

Knowing that this feeling,

This desired state isn't something you are striving towards or something that you will find,

It's right here,

Right now.

And I want you to feel into what's the word that comes to mind.

How are you communicating?

How are you relating to your loved ones,

Your friends,

Your coworkers,

Strangers?

How do you show up in this area of your life?

And then again,

Feeling where does this land in your body?

Where do you feel this in your body?

Maybe it's kindness,

It's love,

Honesty,

Whatever it may be.

Feel the sensation behind it,

Feel into your body.

Where does this land?

How does this feel?

How does this make you feel?

And anchoring this in,

Knowing that there's not a desired state of where you're going,

It's right here,

Right now.

You always have the choice to show up from this space.

There you go,

Beautiful.

And I want you to feel into how do you love yourself?

How do you look after yourself?

What word comes to mind?

Maybe it's a sense of freedom,

Liberation,

Empowered,

Loving,

Caring,

Whatever it may be.

Feel that vibration causing to your body,

Feel where it lands in your body.

How does your body feel?

Describing the sensation,

Feeling it,

Knowing that this feeling is here right now.

And when you think about financial freedom,

Abundance,

How does this feel in your body?

How do you relate to money?

How do you receive?

How do you give?

How does this feel in your body?

Where do you feel this in your body?

Place your new hand on that spot,

Connecting deeply to it,

Knowing that abundance is your birthright.

You get to give and receive,

Circulating this energy,

This currency,

Current energy,

Letting go of all the fears attached to it,

Feeling into this expansiveness of this abundance and feeling into the sensation that this creates and feeling this in the now.

And connecting all these pieces we explored,

The way you nourish yourself,

Love yourself,

Take care of yourself,

Communicate,

Relate to others,

Where you're showing up.

There's one word that can summarize all of these emotions,

All of these feelings,

All of these values,

All of these characteristics.

What would it be?

Feel into that,

Connecting deeply and trusting that this is in the now,

This is here and you can tap into this throughout your day,

Every moment of every day.

And you get to choose to operate from this space,

Taking full radical responsibility for your reality.

And with so much love and gratitude for tapping into this wisdom today,

Sending yourself so much love,

Knowing what this feels like now,

I encourage you to write this down after the session,

Get clear on these values,

These characteristics,

These feelings,

These sensations,

And connect to it whenever you feel out of alignment.

You get to choose to come back to your empowered state every moment of your days.

And with that being said,

That brings today's session,

Guided practice to a close,

Bringing your awareness back into your body,

Back into your space,

Gently moving your fingers around your toes and blinking your eyes back open.

And I hope you enjoy today's guided practice,

Knowing you can come back at any moment,
