Take a moment to settle now.

Get comfortable.

You may wish to lie down,

Lean back or sit as you would for meditation.

Upright,

Supported and at ease.

Feel into how your body feels today.

What do you notice?

Where might there be some tension?

Where is there ease?

Simply notice.

There's no need to tell yourself the story of that sensation.

Simply notice and breathe.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Let's take three breaths together now,

Each time deepening the inhale and extending the exhale.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Two more like this.

Deep inhale and a long slow exhale.

Deepening the inhale,

Extending the exhale.

Clearing all the stale air from your lungs.

Clearing everything that was from your mind and coming into a place of peaceful presence.

Now allow your breath to return to your normal relaxed breathing,

Whatever that feels like today.
