Notice your posture.

Settle,

Get comfortable,

Supported and relaxed.

Close your eyes and settle deeper into where you're sitting.

Notice your breath.

Notice however it is today.

How deep or shallow is it?

Where do you feel it most?

How does your body move with your breath?

Is there anything surprising about what you notice?

Is everything deeply familiar?

Keep breathing.

And when your mind wanders,

As it will,

As it does for us all,

Gently return your attention to your breath.

Just breathe.

And notice how it feels to be resting here now.

The whole of your body resting here now.

Releasing all attachment to feeling a certain way.

Simply breathing.

Being with the breath.
