How to find people or tools or approaches that will help you to heal,

That will help you to get insights,

That will help you to get clarity,

Whether it's coaching,

Whether it's therapists,

Whether it's healing modalities,

I would always advise people to first set your intention.

An intention as in I receive the most powerful and appropriate support for the situation I'm in.

And you can with an intention focus on the energy you want to draw in.

You can ask the question like show me how I can navigate this challenging time in my life.

You can draw in energy of how you want to become.

I want to learn how to be more,

Have more peace of mind.

And with setting that intention you will always start drawing in situations,

People,

Support from unexpected way,

Angles maybe,

Ways to navigate through your situation.

So go with your intuition then and everything you see as signs to find that what serves you best in this particular time,

In this moment,

In your situation.

You can of course ask other people if you feel like hey I should ask this colleague about a certain coach you have been using.

Of course get information if you feel drawn to it.

But try and start learning to recognize the signal in your body,

Whether it is for you.

Because one person might be good for one person,

Another for another.

Same holds true with certain healing modalities.

Everyone finds the way and the person that is best suited for them.

And there is no one size fits all.

There is also,

In my honest opinion,

Not one approach.

Whoever claims that they have the diet for you to lose weight,

It doesn't work like that.

And a lot of people say that they have trouble finding connection with their intuition.

For me this was definitely the case for so many years in my life,

That I had no clue when people talked about intuition.

I was like I don't feel anything.

Because later I saw I was just blocking all my feelings,

I was suppressing them.

Because apparently I was never taught how to focus on them,

But also it was apparently not safe to feel and to do anything with it.

So it might be in the beginning really a challenge to start navigating through that,

But a very,

I think easy and definitely safe approach is to take a few moments every day,

Just a few minutes is enough,

To focus on your body.

Just observing,

Without any need for judgment or next steps or whatever,

Just be present with yourself in silence.

A few minutes a day.

Feel what your body feels.

Maybe you feel some pain in a certain place in your body.

Maybe you feel itching.

Whatever it is,

Maybe you start noticing the racing thoughts.

Just observe.

With the observation,

Without judgment,

You bring awareness in your situation.

You bring also awareness in your body.

What is it that it feels?

That is a very powerful tool to start,

For me,

That's at least how it worked for me,

To develop your intuition.

First by bringing awareness in what is there in your body.

And the second thing is bring awareness in your environment.

Because your environment will reflect,

Will be a mirror.

It will reflect what you need to know,

What you need to see.

At a certain moment in time I was looking for a place to go on holidays and I asked the question,

What is for me the best place to go?

And I,

Without even being very aware back then,

I started seeing Peru.

Five times in the end it took for me seeing the word Peru at very random places,

Places I never search for information.

I started seeing Peru and only the fifth time I thought,

Hey,

Okay,

I need to go to Peru,

Apparently.

How does that feel for me?

Do I want to go?

Trust that guidance more and more.

There is nothing outside of you bringing that,

But it is because you are bringing more awareness in your situation that you start seeing it.

That is how the energy works.

So if you are looking for a certain way to help you,

Or not for a certain,

If you are looking for a way to get support in your situation or someone to help you,

If you ask the question to yourself,

Okay,

Who is the best person for me to help me in this situation?

You will not receive an immediate answer by,

Well,

In five minutes.

Sometimes you do,

But often it takes a bit longer.

But start paying attention,

Without attachment,

Without the need to know upfront the answer.

Start playing around with it,

Start seeing what signs show up in your life.

Maybe a certain person starts talking about something completely different and you think,

Hey,

This might also be an option.

Be open to the opportunities,

To your own guidance,

Your inner guidance,

Your bodily sensations,

But also what shows up in your field.
