But how?

How is one of the most asked questions?

Out of frustration?

And I recognize that a lot because I have been asking myself the question how also very frequently.

People I work with ask this question a lot.

If they finally are at a state that they know what they want,

Have clarity on their desires,

Clarity on the direction they want to take,

Clarity on what they want to manifest,

How their ideal life would look like,

How is one of the big questions.

And I have been contemplating about that a lot and tried many different approaches.

I mean first and foremost it's our mind,

Our ego that wants to know the answer to the how.

That's for sure,

At least that's my experience over the last years,

Not bringing you anywhere.

Because it is a question out of fear,

Out of lack,

Out of scarcity,

Out of not having control and your mind wants to know what steps you will take,

Will make you feel safe.

But from that perspective you're not gonna get the expansiveness,

The flow,

The ease,

The joy.

It will always then be contractive because you will feel that you need the answers before you can take a step,

You need to see the proof.

And I mean I get it,

I have been there for so,

So,

So many years in my life.

But it didn't make me happy,

It felt like I was imprisoned.

And again every time this question came up,

How am I gonna do this,

I'm gonna manifest it,

What steps do I have to take,

It's all,

It's still all this old programming that you need to have this control.

Then I started exploring a field of just asking,

Like the universe,

God,

Whatever word you prefer,

Show me how.

And that opened up a field of possibilities of looking,

Really looking for clues,

For proof that it is possible.

Not that I first was searching for proof and then made a step,

But opened myself for the possibilities and saw what opportunities arose.

And that gave me many directions for the steps I could take.

Eventually it felt like it was all a path going towards being.

And I'm now currently exploring that field.

How would it be if you would just be present?

There's only,

Let's assume,

There's only the current moment.

I hope you will agree that the current moment is the only moment where you can do something or don't do something,

Irrespective of what you think about time,

Present and future.

I'll record another audio about that later,

But irrespective of that,

If you want to breathe to stay alive,

You can only breathe in the current moment.

If you want to take a bus,

You can only start walking now to take a bus in five minutes.

And being nervous about going to the bus stop,

Where you need to catch the bus in half an hour and you only need to walk five minutes,

That doesn't help you right now.

Coming from the perspective that there's only the current moment,

That would mean that you,

If you are so aligned and attuned to yourself,

You can clearly feel and get your inner guidance from,

However you would like to call this,

Intuition,

Higher self,

Source.

Again,

There it doesn't matter.

But if you are really tuned into what you feel that you need to do right now,

That would assume that you're always on time,

No matter whether you're late for the bus or whether you're in time for the bus.

I've been playing around a lot with,

Okay,

I don't take a bus,

But for the example it will work.

If you miss the bus,

Then apparently something else was needed.

I mean,

Maybe you meet an interesting person in the next bus,

Which you will finally catch.

Maybe the bus you missed broke down and you would have been delayed anyway.

Again,

There I was searching so long for evidence that it was okay to be living in the present moment.

And now I'm currently playing in the field,

And that's only moments per day,

But it's an interesting playground again to see,

Okay,

If I am just truly,

Truly present,

Without making any story of what happens,

Just be present and do things from the present,

Being present.

Make this phone call,

Record this audio.

Only from that state everything can flow,

And you can be fully,

That's how I feel it now,

Fully be aligned with the energy that is there right now.

And as soon as someone else moves,

The energy field moves as well,

And you will move with that if you stay present.

So the how is actually not that relevant anymore,

Which again brings you out of your mind,

Brings you out of your stories,

Out of all the painful attachments of not knowing,

And just being you,

Just being.
