Hold the vision,
How to hold the vision of where you want to go to,
The direction you want to take in life.
You might have a dream,
You might have a desire,
And how to go about bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
For me the most important thing is start living,
Behaving,
Doing as if that version of you already exists.
So what do I mean by that?
Start tapping into the energy of that new person and that will shift your reality with everything that needs to be purified between the version you are now and the future version coming up.
So that's a disclaimer.
Because if you were an energetic match with that person,
You would have had that reality already.
So I hope we are on the same page when I say that you are not there yet because you are not a vibrational match.
So your reality has not been shifting to that because you are not embodying it yet.
Start feeling how you would like to feel and start behaving in that way.
If you want more freedom,
What does freedom mean for you?
How do you behave,
What do you do,
How do you dress,
What do you say?
If you want to have healthy boundaries,
How would you express yourself if you were setting your boundaries in a healthy way?
And make small moves towards the desired outcome.
Say in certain situations,
No.
Start with small things.
You can practice even with your pet.
You might realize that no healthy boundaries might be reflected by persons in your environment and you start blaming them.
But they only are there to show you where you are not setting your healthy boundaries.
If you have a pet,
A dog or a cat,
That is doing things you don't like,
But you don't set your boundaries,
That might be exactly the reason why it's showing that behavior.
Not to blame anyone,
Just because that's the energy that is currently there,
Because your environment reflects your inner energy.
Start with practicing in situations like for instance saying no to an animal.
If that is for you the first step you can take,
Which feels okay,
Maybe out of your comfort zone,
But still okay.
You start moving the energy by bringing in healthy boundaries.
Of course,
As your outer environment reflects your inner being,
Your inner energy,
Situations will keep on coming up till you are a vibrational match.
So I love this idea of using your situation and environment as a signpost basically,
Because you see that things are happening in your outer environment.
You get frustrated,
But if you zoom out you see that there is trigger,
There is something reflecting you in your situation,
Which you can use as a lesson.
Ask yourself,
They are crossing my boundaries,
Am I not putting my own healthy boundaries in place without judgment?
That is the whole way that it works for me,
And I would say that is my vision,
Where you can try to explore that way of looking,
Because it makes life much more simple in a way.
If you are looking at this next version of you,
Then if you want to step into that version,
You need to leave behind things that don't serve you anymore.
So although very uncomfortable,
You need to,
In this example,
Bring in your own healthy boundaries.
And if you do that,
Out of the comfort zone,
But if you do that,
Things start changing,
And your reality shifts very fast,
Very fast.
It is the procrastination of the story that it is unsafe,
That you don't know how to do it,
What might other people think of you,
But also an attachment to where you are now.
There might be,
Most likely there is,
A hidden benefit of you playing small,
Because it is easy to stay where you are,
It is easier,
It is much easier not to change.
And if this is your choice,
That is fine,
But don't expect that you will embody the next version of you,
If you are not willing to step up and start changing,
At whatever level it is.
So where are you procrastinating to start making a move in the direction you want to be,
And you are still complaining that you are not there yet?
That might be something to reflect upon today,
