Are you allowing,
Or are you in default mode,
Struggling?
When I look at my path from thinking to being,
Life has been always a struggle to accomplish things.
From the mind.
Because my mind thought I needed to achieve certain things,
To make other people happy.
Out of fear,
What would they think?
How could I survive otherwise?
It was just the way I was brought up in this world and with me in the Western world.
Probably almost everyone.
It's struggle,
It's hard work and survival mode.
And the question is,
Is that needed?
The question is also,
Do you want to live like that?
Interestingly enough,
If you're really in the survival mode,
You would probably say that.
There's no other option.
And of course,
If you are not in a safe place,
Where being afraid is becoming functional because of threats from outside,
Physical,
Or abuse from other people.
You first have to solve these issues and come from a safe place physically in this life.
But we have been entering,
Or we have been adjusting our lives so much that we think we are safe.
But actually,
We made an unsafe situation safe.
When I first realized this,
That was a crazy eye-opener.
That we've become so used to unsafe practices,
Practices that are not good for your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual health.
But because they are so ingrained in every aspect of your life,
That you think that is a safe place.
Coming there from survival mode.
And once you start seeing that,
And you start to step up,
And you long for another way of showing up,
Another way of living,
Truly living rather than being in survival.
That's a game-changer.
Once you decide that,
You want to have it differently.
And then,
The whole topic of allowing.
Of inviting it in,
By just being you,
Knowing that you are always enough.
Allowing things to enter your life.
And I have to be honest that still this is,
For me,
Something I have to be aware of.
To be open for all the opportunities.
Not be in your mind and think it needs to be a certain way,
It needs to be solved a certain way.
I can only be safe if this is a continuous process.
You need to gain trust in allowing.
In allowing everything just to be.
It's allowing the path to unfold before you.
It's bringing in your vision,
Your dream,
And then go step by step by just allowing everything to show up.
The right people,
At the right time.
And start seeing it.
Focusing on the positive.
Focusing on what is possible.
Focusing on collecting proof.
We are so focused on the negative,
So often.
Being,
Oh,
It probably will not work out.
Oh,
This will never happen.
Something good will never happen to me.
As long as you keep on being in that energy,
You will likely not achieve what you want to achieve.
It's allowing being present.
Allowing the energy to move through you.
Allowing yourself to be yourself.
Allowing yourself to increase your health,
Your power.
Your dreams to come true.
In the best possible way,
But that is never the way your mind thought it would be.
If you open yourself up,
If you are allowing expansion,
It feels like expansion,
Again,
You can check this.
Are you showing up from a place of fear?
Or are you opening up and feeling expansion in your body?
Feeling joy,
Excitement.
Maybe you feel a bit of fear,
But underneath,
If you move forward,
You trust.
Trust that everything will be exactly as it should.
And you surrender to what is there.
To what is there to come.
To come for you.
Focusing on the positive.
Start seeing that it's also possible for you.
Your potential,
Your happiness.
It's all possible for you.
But you need to be allowing.
Allowing,
Trusting,
Surrender to the path.
And I know it's not easy.
I've been the most rational scientist you can find in the world for so many years.
And I did it.
I'm taking these steps,
Still I'm taking these steps.
My life has radically changed in a way I would like to have it.
I want to be growing,
Developing,
Inviting more and more the energy of living rather than survival.
And that if I can do it,
Everyone can do it.
