I am sitting here in my little office recording studio,

However you would call it.

It used to be a chicken shed and it's in the back of my yard and it has a great view over the Dutch polar landscape.

And I was procrastinating.

Procrastinating to record this audio.

I was pushing.

I was procrastinating.

I was pushing.

I was thinking I need to do it.

I need to do it today because I promised myself to record with a certain frequency.

I cannot do it tomorrow because tomorrow there's other things on the agenda.

And then I realized that I did that and asked myself how to get out of this struggling,

Old,

Heavy energy.

So I went outside into the garden.

I had some fresh air.

I took some Palo Santo to clean my little office space energetically.

I took my cards to give me a bit of clarity what is going on.

But of course I knew it already.

One thing is,

And probably the biggest thing,

Is that I started acting from a place of I have to do this.

Not out of a place of I feel like I want to do this.

I want to bring joy.

I want to bring my energy into the world.

I want to expand.

I want to share.

And at some point I realized that I had to record this audio about this topic to get that energy moving.

I had another topic in mind,

But apparently that was not the time.

Today was not the time to record it for that.

But I had to deal first with my own heaviness.

And heaviness in a way like ticking the boxes,

Doing as you planned.

But it also learned me that I can gracefully move through that.

And that I have always been pushing.

And it doesn't serve me anymore.

It brought me where I am.

But it is not the way I want to work.

I want to work from an inner drive,

An inner passion.

And I have this beautiful little office here with this view.

I see cows,

I see birds,

I see trees.

And this office is created for recording these audios,

For example.

For bringing inspiring messages on this path from thinking to being.

And I want to let you know that I am also still sometimes fall into that old energy.

Everything in my system now recognizes it,

That it's not the way to push.

Of course there's always a way to,

There's always inspired action.

That's how I record this audio now.

Because I feel that if I record this audio,

I will be moving through the energy that was holding me back.

It's like dragging yourself outside going for a walk.

You will feel much better.

You know upfront that although your mind is not willing to do it,

Your system knows already that it will help you.

It will do you good.

To bring more lightness into your life.

To be more present.

To show up from the place where you are aligned,

Where you are in tune with yourself,

Where you are not distracted by everything that is happening around you.

It's an exploration.

And it's not,

I mean the path is not linear.

It's not that once you recognize how it works,

That you will never fall back into this old pattern.

Like I said,

I fell into this old pattern this morning.

And what is it,

You start recognizing it first,

And then what do you need to change it.

And this change is almost always uncomfortable.

But you start seeing that where you have the most,

You feel the most discomfort,

Where you have the biggest resistance,

There are the biggest opportunities for growth.

So it's always then the question,

Do you want to take that challenge,

Inspired action,

To move forward.

To bring the energy into motion.

And you can do that in so many different ways.

Like I do now,

Just talking,

Voicing,

Expressing what is bothering you,

What is happening to a close friend who is willing to listen.

Writing things down,

Going outside,

Connecting with nature.

There are so many different opportunities,

But awareness comes first.

And awareness comes when you start realizing that you feel out of alignment,

Due to triggers from the environment,

Due to feeling uncomfortable,

Due to,

Well,

Not being your best self,

But really tuned into your inner being,

Your guidance.

And from that point you bring awareness into your system.

So it's an interesting,

And for sure not linear road,

This path from thinking to being.
