Hello everyone and welcome to now.

You are right on time.

In our next moments together we will affirm the good that we have and desire in our lives.

Let's begin by connecting to our breath,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relax the tongue,

The jaw,

Let the eyes be soft.

And take a deep breath in.

Feel your body begin to settle and become more centered.

Grounding into your hips and sacrum,

Letting the earth hold you.

Inhaling with grace and ease.

Exhaling with calm,

Grounded energy.

Place a slight half smile on your lips and let's begin breathing through our heart.

As you inhale,

Feel as if you are breathing into your heart space.

Think of your heart as becoming an extra lung,

Taking in precious love and expanding.

And as you exhale,

Let that love and that good feeling be shared with the world around you.

Breathing in through your heart,

Accepting universal love,

Exhaling,

Sharing,

Spreading and extending that love.

I invite you to repeat the following affirmations with your heart,

Your internal voice or you may repeat them out loud.

Take the words but also add feeling and emotion to help integrate the affirmations.

Breathing in through the heart,

I am alive and thriving.

I accept love in my life with grace and ease.

I am a precious being.

I am worthy.

I am loved.

And to breathe into and through your heart,

Connecting to your body and your breath as you soak in these truths.

Feeling to breathe into your heart,

Exhaling,

Sharing that wonderful love.

Corners of your mouth turned up ever so slightly to keep that smile on your face.

One more time with feeling and high vibrations.

I am a precious being.

I am worthy.

I am loved.

As you go about your day,

May you remember your truth.

May you access these feelings.

May these words resonate deep within your soul.

And remember that you are loved.
