Hello everyone and welcome to another mindful moment.
Let's take an opportunity to pause,
Find a comfortable position,
Closing your eyes if it feels right for you,
And breathe,
Allowing the body to settle,
And noticing the breath.
Let's take a nice deep inhale,
And release.
Life is a journey,
And where you are right now is part of that journey,
And we are all exactly where we are meant to be.
And whatever challenges,
Struggles,
And difficulties that we may be experiencing are part of our journey,
And they will pass.
All the joy,
Pleasure,
And excitement we feel is also a part of our journey,
And it too will ebb and flow,
And that's okay.
And so we ride the waves of our edges being pushed,
And we remember that this too shall pass,
And this too is a welcomed part of our journey,
And our growth,
And our experience.
And in this moment,
As we are resting,
We have an opportunity to release the resistance,
To soften in our bodies,
To invite our nervous system to relax.
We pause,
Connect to our hearts,
Our breath,
And to life as it is being presented,
And we breathe.
We feel,
We notice,
We observe,
And we allow.
Releasing your breath,
Let's take an inhale,
And release.
This is an invitation to repeat the next few phrases silently in your mind,
Whispered on your lips,
Or with conviction out loud.
I can do this.
I can get through this challenge.
I trust in myself.
I believe in myself.
I am growing,
I am learning,
And I am working to allow life to be what it is,
And that's okay.
I am doing my best.
I am doing my best.
I invite life to show up,
And I am ready to participate,
And I am doing the best I can.
And I am learning to love myself.
I am learning how to rest and be at ease with who I am and what is presented to me.
I can do this.
I can do this.
Let's take another deep inhale,
Release,
And very slowly and gently open your eyes,
Continuing to connect to your breath,
And once again repeating,
I can do this.
I believe in myself,
