Hello everyone,
Welcome to another mindful moment.
Today as we sit together,
We are going to practice being in flow with life.
Life has an amazing capacity and ability to flow with natural rhythms.
It does its thing and there's no thought process of right or wrong or comparison or judgment.
Life happens.
Nature flows.
The seasons change.
We are no different.
We are nature.
We are life.
And to think that we should be any different in how we change just seems to cause us stress and frustration.
So find a comfortable seat or position of your choosing.
Whatever is in flow with you in this moment.
In your position,
Feel yourself connecting to this moment,
To this breath.
Feel the flow of your breath,
The natural rhythm that you are experiencing right now.
The natural inhale,
The rise of the chest and the gentle exhale.
No need to force.
We are in a constant state of allowing,
Flowing,
Resonating with the natural cycle of life.
Feeling your scalp to relax,
Your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your eyes.
Feeling the rhythm and flow of your breath,
Allow your shoulders to be soft,
Gentle.
Release any unconscious tension that you might have been holding.
The seasons change.
There is life.
There is death.
There is growth.
There is decay.
So much transition.
And that is the flow.
To not disrupt the system,
But appreciate what it offers.
We too experience transition,
Change,
Growth,
Decay.
This is natural.
This is a part of our journey through life.
Continue to connect with your breath,
Allowing your chest and your heart center to be open.
Allow the breath to flow through the heart.
Relax your belly.
There's no need to hold any tension.
Letting the belly expand and contract.
Feeling into your hips,
Your sacrum.
Feeling rooted and grounded into the earth.
Let her hold you.
Let the earth support you and be part of her flow.
There is a strength here,
But it is not overpowering.
There is a flow that is subtle,
Yet strong.
And in this flow,
We find flexibility of mind,
Of body.
Allowing your legs to melt with softness.
Allow your knees and calves to be gentle and soft.
And allow your feet to relax.
The breath continues to flow.
There's no forcing nor resisting.
Imagine yourself like a leaf that floats down a gentle stream.
The water flows naturally,
Curving and dipping.
Finding the path of least resistance.
And we too have the opportunity to gently flow with the current,
With the stream.
Feeling your whole body as one organism,
One unit,
One vibrating,
Energetic,
Beautiful organism.
Feeling into your flow,
Connecting with your natural rhythm.
Feeling your heart,
Feeling your lungs,
Feeling your body move as life flows into your body and then releases.
This is you in rhythm.
This is you in flow.
Breathing.
Breathing.
Breathing.
Friends may arise and that's okay.
They too are a part of this flow.
There's nothing to do right now except for be here.
To be here and be breathed.
This wondrously amazing breathing that happens without us having to even think about it.
We certainly can control it or manipulate it,
But only to a certain degree.
Breath,
Life wants to flow through us.
You are so safe and so held in this moment by life.
If it feels safe and comfortable for you,
I invite you to put one hand on your heart and another on your low belly and feel the connection of your hands to your body.
Feel how life moves through you,
Flows through you.
As you are being breathed,
You can literally feel life flowing through you in the rise and fall of your body.
Feel the connection to yourself.
Feel the connection to your breath.
Feel your connection to life.
This flow is always available to you in every moment of every day.
And when we pause,
We can find that connection again if we've lost it in the busyness of our lives.
The busy activity of our minds,
The constant chatter that we find ourselves experiencing.
Ah,
But this flow,
This flow is ever present.
And when we sit and pause,
We connect to presence and flow.
Go ahead and relax your hands down into your lapra,
Comfortable position for our last few moments together.
I invite you to take a moment of gratitude for life,
For this miraculous flow of nature that is us.
We commune with it and it communes with us.
It is in us and we are it.
It is one beautiful flow.
Let's take a deep breath together.
Exhaling slowly.

This conscious moment together.
