Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.

Focus on your body,

Allowing your breath to be calm,

Your mind to be clear,

And your heart to be open.

Take a deep breath.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.

What does peace feel like in this moment in your body?

What would it be like if the world were at peace?

There are plenty of nourishing foods available for everyone.

There is no competition for resources,

Respect,

Or position.

The world is at peace.

You are supported to be exactly who you are.

Your community cares for you and loves you for exactly who you are.

What does it feel like in your body to be who you are?

Relax your breath.

Relax your muscles.

Simply feel peace for everyone,

Nourishment and love for everyone.

When you are ready,

Take several deep breaths,

Returning to your body,

Stretching,

Moving,

Opening your eyes,

And writing down your experience in your journal.
