Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Breathing deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Exhaling your breath to be calm,
Your mind to be clear,
And your heart to be open.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Look deep into yourself.
And from your deep well of consciousness,
Recall the experience of feeling something that you really want being just beyond reach.
It might be an object.
It might be a feeling or a state of mind.
Feel in your body what it's like to be stuck,
Frustrated,
Yearning,
Longing with what you want just beyond the glass,
Unattainable,
So close and yet so far.
Now from that place of yearning and longing,
Sink back into your body,
Allowing a sense of timelessness to envelop you in between the moments.
Become in relationship with what you want.
Like a first date.
Be curious about what it feels like when what you want comes close to you.
How does your vibration change when it comes near?
How does your body change when it's close by?
Different shifts start to happen in your mind.
Can you empty some drawers of old belief to make room for what you want?
Can you allow yourself to grow?
