Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Focusing your breath as you exhale.
Focus on your body.
Allowing your breath to be calm.
Your mind to be clear.
And your heart to be open.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
You are surrounded by rich,
Moist and nourishing soil.
Earth.
You are a seed.
And on the outside of your pod.
You receive love,
Nourishment,
Moisture,
Richness from the earth.
It flows into you.
And a miraculous thing evolves within you.
You start to grow roots into the earth beneath you.
And tiny little shoots sprouting,
Pushing through the beautiful soil to feel the sun and receive its nourishing rays.
Your roots continue to grow into the earth.
Receiving moisture,
Nourishment and love.
What does it feel like in your body to receive this nourishment and love from the earth below and from the sun above?
