Was today just not your day?
Maybe everything went wrong.
And now you're home,
You're feeling exhausted,
You're feeling just done,
But you've still got that tiny bit of energy,
Tiny little bit to tap on releasing a stressful day.
So let's begin by tapping on the karate chop point.
Even though today was really stressful.
Maybe everything went wrong.
Maybe something.
.
.
Not so good happened.
There was just so much to do.
And I feel like My battery charge is now flat.
Feel like a candle flame blown out.
You like Potato.
Been run over.
I feel like that.
And even though I feel this way,
I choose to love and honor myself.
Even though today might have been really tough.
This might be potentially the most stressful day of my life.
I didn't even know it could get like that.
But I'm here.
I made it!
The day is done.
Thank gosh for that.
And I'm really proud of myself.
At least I made it through.
And I'm ready to release the stress.
So that I can have a beautiful sleep without replaying everything over and over in my mind.
Even though it might have been.
Very difficult day.
I choose to love and accept myself completely.
And maybe anyone else could contribute into that stress.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale.
I'll be ready to tap.
I promise I'll be quick because I know we're tired,
So start.
Start with the eyebrow.
Letting the day go.
It wasn't my best.
It wasn't my finest.
But thank goodness that I have a bed to crawl into.
And that when I wake up tomorrow,
Today will be yesterday.
It will be in the past.
It will be over and done with.
Thank goodness that we have another day.
And I'm letting go of anything that no longer serves me right now.
I'm letting go of the conversations I may have had today.
The stressful interactions,
The things I had to do.
And I'm so grateful that I have this time just for me.
And I'm tapping on.
Releasing de-stressing And I don't have to bring any of this energy with me into bed.
And releasing it through tapping.
And just because it was a stressful day doesn't mean it's going to be a stressful day tomorrow.
And who knows?
Maybe tomorrow.

It could be the most beautiful day of my life.
And now I know what my stress limit is.
I'm.

I mean I'm incredible.
I got through all of that,
And I didn't die.
I'm pretty strong and pretty powerful.
I'm very resilient.
But all I need right now is to sleep.
To get under the covers and put my head on the pillow.
And say,
You know,
Thank you,
Universe.
You've shown me how strong I truly am.
And I know that tomorrow is going to be another day.
And I can make it however I want it to be.
And I'm already feeling a lot more peaceful.
I'm already feeling a lot more calm And I'm so proud of myself.
And I love myself so much.
And now it's time to sleep.
So it is.
