Good morning,

This is Heather and I'm so grateful that you're joining me today for this morning meditation to manifest the beautiful life that you desire and so deserve.

The best time to practice this meditation is first thing in the morning as you're just waking up.

There's a magical window between sleep and full waking consciousness when your brain is naturally in a theta state and so more open and receptive to suggestions.

So perhaps you're still lying comfortably in bed or maybe you're sitting upright in a relaxed position,

Shoulders down,

Body soft,

At ease.

If it feels good,

Gently close your eyes and I invite you to allow a smile to find its way to your lips.

As Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh said,

Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy.

As you smile softly,

You send a signal to your body that you are safe now to relax.

Let's take a deep slow breath in through the nose,

Breathing in the energy of this bright new day and just hold it gently for a moment and release the breath slowly,

Letting go of any residual energy from the night.

This is a fresh start.

We're going to bring awareness to different areas of your life and I'll help you to connect to the future version of you,

The healthiest,

Happiest,

Most aligned expression of who you really are on a soul level.

Let's begin with your health.

Picture the healthiest version of you.

Notice how you stand.

How do you feel in your body?

And what habits support this version of you?

Perhaps you journal,

Find time to meditate every day,

Walk in nature,

Perhaps you nourish your body with food that feels good and move in ways that energize you.

Most importantly,

How do you feel?

Strong,

Flexible,

Vital,

Free.

Connect to the feelings now,

Regardless of your current reality.

Now bring to mind your relationships.

See yourself surrounded by connections that feel safe,

Authentic and supportive.

Friends,

Community,

Perhaps a romantic partner.

How does it feel to be fully yourself with others?

To communicate openly,

To experience trust,

Ease and mutual respect.

How does it feel to live from a place of love?

Allow yourself to feel the warmth of those connections in your heart already.

Now gently shift your awareness to your work.

What does your aligned work look like?

How do you spend your days?

Notice the sense of purpose,

Creativity or service that you feel.

Imagine feeling both successful and fulfilled with both the time and total financial freedom you desire.

Feel what it's like to wake up excited for your day and to rest your head at night feeling satisfied.

Now think about your creativity and play.

What lights you up?

What do you love to create,

Explore or experience?

Allow yourself to connect to that joy,

The joy of expressing yourself freely.

And finally picture your home environment.

Where are you?

What surrounds you in your home?

Notice how peaceful and grounded you feel in your space.

This is your sanctuary.

And now imagine that in order for all of this to unfold,

All you have to do is stay in alignment.

To return again and again to peace and presence.

There is no forcing.

No need for striving.

There is only allowing.

Allowing and following what feels true and alive for you in any moment.

You deserve a life you love.

You are worthy of joy,

Abundance and total peace.

You are moving ever closer to your dreams and your dreams are moving ever closer to you.

Let's close with a moment of gratitude.

For this breath.

For this new day.

And for this life.

For all that we've already received and everything we have to look forward to.

The more you return to these feelings,

The more they begin to feel familiar.

And what feels familiar has a way of finding us.
