Welcome to this meditation on worthiness.
Worthiness is something that's been within you all along.
You just need to remember.
Letting go of old beliefs that aren't serving you.
That aren't in alignment with your highest self and who you want to be.
So let's begin.
Come into a comfortable position.
Letting the shoulders soften and maybe closing the eyes if that feels right.
Start with a long deep breath.
Inviting the body to relax and settle in with a big inhale through the nose.
And an exhale,
Sigh it out the mouth.
And another inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth.
And one more time,
Inhale right down to the belly.
And then release it with a big sigh.
Allow your breathing to slow down.
Relaxing the body even more.
As the breath settles into a natural rhythm.
Falling deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And feel the waves of the breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Like waves crashing ashore and then retreating.
Inhale the wave crests.
And exhale it retreats back into the water.
Let the breath fade into the background.
And I'll invite you now to think about a time when you felt worthy.
Think about a time when you felt worthy.
Maybe a memory pops up.
A time when you felt worthy of receiving love.
Grateful and worthy of some of the amazing things you have in your life.
Or maybe worthy of the job that you have or the role that you play.
And if you can't locate a memory right now of this worthiness.
Maybe just imagine what it would feel like to feel worthy.
Just role play a little bit.
And as you think about this worthiness memory.
Notice what it feels like in the body.
To feel like enough.
To feel deserving.
Start to collect this energy.
This worthiness energy.
And collect it into a big ball.
And bring this ball of worthiness energy right into your heart.
This worthiness starts inside.
Imagine now this bright light of worthiness starts to spread out in all directions.
It gently spreads outward from your chest.
See it reaching towards the top of your head.
See the light moving down to your hands.
To your toes.
Feeling every body part.
Every organ,
Every cell.
Lit up with this worthiness energy.
And imagine this light,
This energy,
This glow.
Extends beyond the confines of your body.
It illuminates the space around you.
This worthiness energy is occupying every space in your body.
It's all through you,
Absorbed by every cell in your being.
And any resistance or blocks to worthiness.
This light has pushed it out.
Anything blocking you from receiving the goodness you deserve.
The light has pushed it out.
Feel how freeing and exciting that is.
You release the chains of whatever's been holding you back.
You are worthy.
You always have been.
You just needed to remember.
Feel this bright,
Energetic light opening you up.
Opening you up to new experiences.
New people.
New places.
Feel your worthiness.
Repeating to yourself after me.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
We'll start to transition out of the meditation.
Take a long breath in through the nose.
And a big sigh out the mouth.
And as you continue to deepen the breath.
With a few soft blinks opening up your eyes and coming back.
