This is about letting your conscious mind drift off and allowing these powerful affirmations to wash over and through you.
So you wake up tomorrow feeling refreshed and knowing you are worthy just as you are.
So snuggle into a comfortable position in bed.
Grab all the pillows you need and cozy up with your blankets.
Take a big cleansing,
Clearing breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Let it go.
Let that be your signal to settle.
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the mattress.
Fully supported here and lovingly held.
Feel your tongue release from the roof of your mouth.
The biting surfaces of your teeth come apart.
Relax your face and the space between your eyebrows.
Feel your eyes become heavy,
Sleep starting to take over.
Let your shoulders release any tension.
Feel your hips get even heavier,
Fully supported beneath you.
Your breathing so natural and relaxed.
There's nothing you're trying to do in this moment,
Nothing you're trying to make happen or force.
Give yourself permission to be completely relaxed and completely at ease.
If at any point you feel discomfort,
Rearrange as you need and snuggle back in.
As you drop down through the layers from awake towards sleep,
Let these affirmations wash over and through you.
I release the day.

I am at peace.
I am calm.
I am exactly where I need to be.
Everything is working out for my highest and best good.

I handle challenges with grace and ease.

I am connected to my intuition and follow its guidance.
I am relaxed and ready to ease into sleep.
