This practice came to me like an important messenger flying through the skies and into the heart space. It stirred up something sacred within me, and it is my sincere hope that it activates the same experience for you. It contains energy transmissions through my voice, both spoken word and singing, of healing and wisdom from the deepest parts of the heart centre.
