Get your favorite blanket,
Sit or lie down in any position you prefer and let's create a small moment of pure happiness.
I invite you to put your hand over your heart and take a deep breath.
In through the nose.
And out with a sigh through the mouth.

Inhale.
And say AH.
Allow for a small smile to appear on your lips,
A smile of contentment,
A smile of it's all good.
A smile of I got this.
A smile of I am strong and beautiful.
Really feel it.

Who are you with?
What was happening.
See it in front of you like a movie.
Were you laughing with friends?
Were you alone in the park?
Were you having a special experience?
Smile while touching your heart and thank life for this moment.
Now think of something good you're doing for yourself this week.
What are you doing for yourself?
And why is this important to you?
In what way will this help you feel happy,
Healthy and calm?
Thank yourself for every time you decide to take good care of yourself.
And lastly,
Think of how you feel when you feel at your best.
Those moments when you feel you are you.
The kind of you that you want to be in every single moment as you create your best life.
What feelings arise?
In those moments do you feel powerful?
Proud of yourself.
Capable of doing great things.
Or very calm and grounded.
Just strong in your own being.
Take a moment to bring up those feelings,
So that you can remind yourself of what being your best self feels like.
Really feel it.
