Hey achievers,

Welcome back to this meditation for healthy high achievers.

Pick a spot where you can't be distracted or disturbed and get cozy,

Get comfy.

Do whatever you need to create a moment of connection with yourself.

From this place of self-love,

You can boost your confidence whenever you need it.

You deserve to boost your confidence,

So you can feel more happy,

Build your projects with bigger confidence and encourage yourself to never give up.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Enjoy the out-breath with a big delicious sigh.

Again in.

Ah wonderful.

Now take a moment to feel into your whole body.

What is your body feeling like right now?

Feel into your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your lower back,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and your hands,

All the way up to your head.

Feel the surface your body is touching.

Feel the way your skin is touching your clothes.

Ah wonderful.

Here you are,

In your body,

Feeling calm,

Feeling good.

Let your breath flow with ease.

And with every breath that you take in,

Your confidence grows bigger.

Ah wonderful.

You feel your confidence growing as you are breathing in and out.

In your mind you repeat the word confidence as you breathe in and the word calm as you breathe out.

Confidence.

Confidence.

Confidence.

Confidence.

You might even feel a smile appear.

Enjoy that smile,

Make it bigger.

Whatever seed of confidence you're feeling right now,

I want you to double it.

Double that feeling of confidence.

I am confident.

I live my life with confidence.

I welcome confidence in everything I do.

Confidence.

Calm.

Calm.

And when you're feeling this feeling of confidence,

I want you to double it again on your next in-breath.

Confidence.

Double that feeling.

With every decision I make,

I invite confidence to the table.

With everything I create and put out into the world,

I let confidence bring a smile to my face.

I enjoy the process and let go of the outcome.

I can't control the results but I can be sure that in the process of doing,

Of learning,

Of creating,

I grow as a person.

I grow my own being confidently.

Confidence.

Feel that smile on your face.

Feel that feeling of pure confidence.

Does confidence have a certain color to you?

Is it yellow?

Is it red?

Is it dark green?

Is it white?

Which color are you bathing in when you're boosting your confidence?

Maybe it's just a glow.

Maybe it's just a feeling in your stomach.

Whatever it feels or looks like for you personally,

I want you to really bring it forward right now.

Bring it forward and double the feeling,

Double the color,

Double the visual you have about confidence.

Use this meditation to activate the feeling of confidence into your whole being.

Confidence is your birthright.

Confidence is always here for you.

Confidence gets shadowed sometimes,

By doubts,

By fears,

By insecurities.

But still,

It is always there.

It is always there,

Ready to be welcomed by you.

Ready to work with you.

Ready to accompany you on your journey.

Confidence always wants to walk by your side.

Let it,

Let it into your heart.

Let it be a warm blanket that softens any doubts,

Fears and insecurities.

Our mind constantly looks for threats in life,

So you can survive.

Your job is to boost your confidence,

So that you don't only survive,

But you thrive.

Confidence,

Confidence.

Now say these affirmations after me,

Loud and proud.

If you can't say it out loud right now,

Say it in your thoughts,

Proudly and confidently.

I feel more confident as I grow and learn in every way.
