
Guiding You Through 8 Crystal Singing Bowl Frequencies
Energy flows where attention goes. With this concept, we've created a session where we will be bringing our awareness to each of the 8 energetic centers of the body, also known as the Chakras. As we play through each crystal bowl, we will be providing guidance as to where to bring your focus and attention as each bowl works through our bodies, stimulating our cells all along the way. We hope you enjoy this cleanse as we surrender to the sound.

Welcome everybody in this session.
We will be working with these crystal balls through each of our power centers.
We will be breathing into our body as I guide you through the levels of balls.
First we will take a deep breath in through our nose.
Hold our breath for a moment and gently exhale.
Now I ask that we bring our awareness down to the base of our spine,
To our root,
To the connection of the bottom of our spine to the ground.
Observe the sensations that you experience while listening to this frequency.
Feel how the sound waves move through the base of your spine.
Do you feel tension?
Do you feel pressure?
Does it feel soft?
When our awareness comes to the base of our spine,
We can allow the frequency to work through it.
Take another deep breath.
In this breath,
Observe the oxygen flowing to the base of your spine.
Feel how the waves stimulate your root.
As we welcome all sensations,
All feelings,
Without attachment,
Simply observation.
With our next breath,
Bring the oxygen down to the root of your spine.
Bring the oxygen down to the root of your spine.
And feel how it clears out our root.
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
As we journey on,
I ask that we now bring our awareness to our navel,
To our sacrum,
To the area just below your belly button.
We will now observe how this frequency makes this part of the area feel.
We will take a deep breath in,
Bringing the breath into our navel and holding it there for just a moment,
And then exhaling through our mouth.
Without judgment,
We can observe how our sacral area,
Our navel area,
Is stimulated by these frequencies.
How does it feel to you?
Is it tight,
Compact,
Loose,
Constricted?
Are we holding?
And if so,
We can breathe out that hold.
As we breathe through our navel with the combination of this frequency,
We are free to let go of any uncomfortable feelings we may be experiencing or just embrace the frequency that you feel.
As we take another deep breath in,
Visualize the oxygen filling up the area around your belly button,
Allowing the frequency to work with the oxygen to clear the space.
Now,
I guess that we bring our awareness to our solar plexus,
The area in between the bottom of your rib cage and your belly button.
This is our power center,
Our core.
May we observe the sensations we feel in our solar plexus while we listen to this frequency.
We will take a deep breath in through our nose and feel the oxygen move into our solar plexus and work with this frequency.
May we observe without judgment the sensations we feel within our solar plexus while we absorb these sound waves.
Do you feel sensations of bliss,
Tingling sensations,
Discomfort or tension?
As we observe how we feel,
We breathe into the sound and allow the body to absorb the sound waves.
We will keep our attention and our focus on our solar plexus.
How does it feel?
We will take another deep breath in through our nose.
Feel the oxygen fill your solar plexus as it works with the sound waves moving through your body.
And exhale.
As we clear our solar plexus with conscious thought.
Next.
I ask that we bring our awareness to our heart,
To our emotions.
How does your heart feel when you listen to this sound?
Now we'll take a deep breath in through our nose.
Feel the oxygen swirl around your heart as the space is cleared.
How does your heart feel?
Does it feel light?
Does it feel heavy or dense or soft and open?
Observe how you feel in your heart without the label of judgment.
Just feeling what is.
We will take another deep breath in through our nose.
Visualize the oxygen filling your heart with light as this frequency moves through your heartbeat.
As we open up our mind,
We open up our heart.
We allow the waves of this frequency to create movement within.
May we release any heaviness we feel and allow this frequency to lighten things up.
We'll take another deep breath in through our nose,
Oxygen into the heart,
And exhale.
How does your heart feel?
Now,
I ask that we bring our awareness to our throat.
To observe how our throat feels in this very moment.
And we will breathe into our throat,
Feel the oxygen swirling through it as these sound waves work through our being.
As we observe how these sound waves affect our throat,
How does your throat feel?
Is it itchy?
Is it scratchy?
Or does it feel soft and clear,
Smooth for communication?
If there is a noise you want to make,
Feel free to express.
As we take another deep breath in to connect with the frequency,
May we observe how our throat feels with the combination of oxygen and sound.
Ah.
Without judgment of right or wrong,
How does your throat feel?
When you listen to this frequency.
What kind of stimulation are you experiencing?
As we keep our awareness on our throat,
We can truly absorb this frequency in a very specific way.
With conscious thought to one area of the body.
Now we will take another deep breath in through our nose.
Hold the breath for a moment into your throat.
Feel how the sound interacts with your breath as we exhale.
Ah.
As we continue through the rest of the body,
May I ask that you now bring your awareness to the center of your forehead.
To the area in between your eyebrows.
The pineal gland.
Located deep in the center of our brain.
How does this frequency stimulate your pineal gland?
As we take a deep breath in,
Feel the oxygen swirling through the center of your mind.
Combined with the frequency.
Clearing out any density we may feel.
Observe how this frequency affects the area in between your eyebrows.
In your forehead.
In the center of your mind.
Without judgment,
How does it feel?
Does it feel clear and open?
Does it feel dense and foggy?
Any feeling is okay.
We are simply observing.
We'll take another deep breath in through our nose.
Connect our breath with the pulsing of this crystal ball.
Beautiful.
As we gently observe how our mind feels.
As these vibrational waves pulse through.
We will take one more deep breath in through our nose.
To clear and release.
Whatever stimulation we feel within our mind.
Now together.
Now together.
As we bring our awareness to the crown of our skull.
To the very top of our body.
The tip of our skull.
How does this frequency make the roof of your mind feel?
As we take a deep breath in.
We'll visualize the oxygen swirling through the top of our mind.
Working with this frequency to clear space.
Without judgment.
What do you feel at the roof of your skull?
What sensations are you experiencing as you listen to this sound?
Do you feel open?
Closed?
Feel circulation or sensations of tingling?
Or nothing at all?
Your experience is yours alone and yours to observe on a personal level.
Now may we take another deep breath in through our nose.
Feel the oxygen swirling within our skull.
Molding with the frequencies of this crystal ball.
And we exhale any sensations we no longer want to carry with us.
As we observe these frequencies.
We keep our mind focused at the roof of our skull.
To absorb the frequencies pulsing in.
May we take another deep breath in through our nose.
Allow the oxygen to swirl through our mind.
And then we shall exhale.
Ah.
Now I ask that we visualize the space above our skull.
The space above our body.
I ask that we visualize sound as light channeling down through the top of our mind.
And flowing all the way down to the base of our spine.
May we take a deep breath with this frequency.
And observe the sensations we feel above our head.
As we observe these sensations.
How do we feel in the process of the observation?
Do you feel a beam of light or waves channeling down through your mind?
Do you feel nothing at all?
Do you feel energy moving through your body?
As the current flows in through the top of your mind.
How does this frequency make you feel?
Take a deep breath in through our nose.
And observe the oxygen flowing in through your entire body.
Mixing with this healing frequency.
As we sit with this frequency.
We observe the area above our mind.
What do we feel?
Without label,
Without judgment.
What sensations are going through us right now?
May we take another deep breath in through our nose.
Feel the oxygen through your body.
And feel the current of this frequency flowing in through the top of your mind.
A deep breath in through our nose.
Remembering.
Remembering that energy flows where attention goes.
When we put conscious thought into the activities we practice.
Into the areas we want to work with.
Naturally,
Our awareness of that area becomes stronger.
Because we are in tune with something very specific within us.
It prevents our mind from wandering.
And allows us to really,
Truly observe how we feel.
When we become in tune with our body.
We are able to manage our emotions,
Our feelings,
And the way that we express ourselves.
And growing this ability.
Allows us to heal ourselves.
To tune in to our body.
To truly feel it.
And listen to it.
When we listen to our body.
We can release tension,
Pain,
Discomfort.
Which allows us to live in peace.
Because we aren't so focused on the discomfort we may be experiencing.
