Connecting To The Life Within

You are now a vessel for your child, soon to be his or her guide on Earth. This meditation was designed to draw awareness to the connection between you and your baby that carries outside of the womb, into this lifetime and beyond.

Start to find a comfortable seat, A root down through your sit bones as if you have physical roots grounding down Through the earth beneath you and grow tall through the crown of your head Finding the natural curves of your spine and draw your shoulder blades together so that your collarbones naturally expand and then keeping the Integrity of your seat place one hand on your heart and one hand on your growing belly Draw your awareness to your natural breath feeling the inhales and exhales Noticing where the breath goes Do you feel it in your belly your chest your nostrils? Start to create a little more space with each inhale and each exhale And on your next inhale fill up the belly first and then the ribs and then the chest And then as you exhale release through the chest and then the ribs and then the belly Inhale through the belly ribs chest exhale through the chest ribs belly slowing the breath as you lengthen each inhale and exhale And exhale when we soften the breath we send a message to our baby That all is well and then draw your attention to your heart feel your heart beating feel the fragility and strength of the organ that's keeping you and your baby alive and then envision the heartbeat of The little life within you know that your heartbeat and your baby's heartbeat are deeply connected and will always be Deeply connected throughout this life. Take a moment to give thanks for these hearts that continue to beat and the invisible force on which these heartbeats depend And right now you are a vessel for the soul's entrance to earth and soon to be its guide If you could tell it one thing to know at the root of their existence a deeply planted seed What would it be? Maybe it's you are loved or You are safe. You are Limitless. What do you want your child to know deeply? And say it in your mind feel it with every fiber of your being and then bring your attention Back to your heart Envision sending this message from your heart through the placenta to your baby's heart with each beat and then Imagine your baby sending that same message back to you feel it in your beating heart Know that you and your child will always share this deep connection No matter what happens in this life
