Welcome to this guided meditation to soothe and release any stress and anxiety you may be feeling.
It is time to allow your spiritual nature,
Your divinity to come to the forefront of your body,
Mind and heart so that you can not only handle life's stresses but also cultivate a beautiful spiritual foundation to which you live your life from which will allow you to live in a more peaceful and harmonious way.
So let's begin this meditation.
I invite you to get comfortable and close your eyes.
And begin to become conscious of your breath.
And begin to breathe slowly and deeply in and out through your nose.
And as you do so,
Thank yourself for taking the time to create the space to bring acknowledgement and resolution to the stress and anxiety you may be experiencing in this moment.
Perhaps it has just been triggered by something or maybe you have been feeling stressed and anxious for days or weeks now.
Regardless,
Your own inner guidance has gently and lovingly brought this opportunity to sit in meditation to your conscious awareness and you have followed through and taken inspired action.
Continue with that as you continue breathing in and out slowly and deeply.
I invite you to place your hands over your heart if that feels good to you.
And as the breath moves through you,
Allow it to penetrate your heart centre,
The energetic heart chakra that is located in the centre of your chest.
Feeling any constriction or tension lift as the breath moves in and out the heart space now.
Beginning to feel the softness,
Openness and loving qualities of the heart emerge.
And letting this peace,
Compassion and love flow out to the rest of your body.
Allowing the body to surrender to a state of relaxation and ease.
Feeling safe in this very present moment.
And as you sit in this stillness,
Your own divine presence is sensed more by you.
There is an unfolding and rising up of not only a loving divine energy but a state of consciousness and awareness that is quiet yet wise and accepting.
Allow your spiritual essence to radiate and touch all levels and layers of your being.
Surrender to the subtle energy,
Let your divinity come and integrate with your human awareness and body with ease.
There is nothing you need to do,
Simply allow your divinity to shine and come to the forefront of your consciousness and energy.
Be in direct experience with relaxation,
Peace and love in the natural qualities of your divine essence.
So for the next 10 minutes or so,
Breathe,
Let go,
Allow,
Let your divinity emerge from within you to soothe any stress or anxiety that may be present.
As you are now flooded with the immense love and light of your soul,
Let's bring this meditation to a close.
Take 5 deep conscious breaths,
Anchoring this energy into your body.
Feeling the bliss that comes with embodying your true essence as you live in the now moment.
And when you are ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes,
Bringing this energy and state of consciousness forward into your day.
And remember,
It is up to you to allow your divinity to support you in your human endeavours by creating a state of being where you have an unwavering foundation of peace,
Contentment,
Allowance,
Trust and more to live and act from.
Your divine nature will only ever assist and support you in the most loving ways.
