Lay down dear one,

It is time to rest your head and bring restoration to your body,

Mind and heart.

Close your eyes and breathe,

Slowly,

Deeply,

Consciously,

Allowing yourself to settle and land here,

Just where you are meant to be,

Rest,

Relax,

Pause.

Your body has been crying out for you to rest,

To take it easy,

To focus on healing and harmony,

So listen,

Listen now and simply be.

Allow the gentle wave of the breath to flow through your body,

Feel the softening,

The compassion,

The gentleness that is here for you.

There is nothing that is being asked from you now,

Just to surrender into the comfort that is here,

To soak into the gentle presence of peace and serenity that is here.

Feel any tension or heaviness within the body,

Lift with ease,

Feel it rise up and go out of your body,

Just like smoke rises from a flame,

So effortless,

So natural,

No force,

Just a letting go,

Allowing.

Feeling the separation between you and what is no longer in resonance with your natural state of harmony and vitality.

Feel the spaciousness now and welcome in and accept the stillness,

Peace and presence that is here.

Feel the gentleness in this moment as this gracious love abounds within you and around you,

Accepting healing,

Accepting wholeness,

Accepting restoration on all levels of your being.

You don't have to fight or force health and wellbeing,

You simply must allow it,

Choose relaxation and compassion,

Be in peace and presence.

Soak in this gentle moment where you return to you,

Where you connect back to yourself,

Your heart and your natural state of being,

That seeks integration and harmony within,

So that you can be in alignment with the person you came here to be.

Moving through any discomfort with ease and grace as you let go and simply receive.

Feel the subtle tingle and warmth emerge within and around your body,

Feel the release,

The relaxation that permeates your mind,

Body and heart now.

Drift in this gentle loving current,

Knowing that healing is here,

Harmony is being restored and you can drift off to sleep feeling so safe,

Supported and relaxed.

Allow this gentle healing to transform all levels and layers of your being tonight.
