It's time to go on a solar coaster.
Welcome,
Welcome everyone.
We are back again today for another meditation experience.
And today is called the higher experience.
And we're just going to go on to a journey.
And I'd like you to have two images in your head going into this.
One,
Of yourself meditating.
And imagine the image of you meditating and actually seeing yourself in the most blissful state when you get to that moment.
And just imagine the energy around you.
Things that you are unable to see that take place because your eyes are closed.
There is energy all around you,
There's lights everywhere.
So to imagine that.
And then also to imagine the character Jesus meditating.
We talk about prayer quite a lot.
And prayer really is a form of meditation.
Prayer is the asking and meditation is the receiving.
So the character Jesus,
God's son,
Made in God's image,
Perfection.
You could even call him a really cool dude.
And you feel his presence.
So imagine him meditating.
And where would he choose to meditate?
And look again around his person,
The energy,
The environment.
Just try to have these two images going into this meditation.
So as always,
To enjoy this experience,
To really tune in to the feelings in your body.
To find yourself a comfortable position.
And then to completely let go.
So we're going to do a countdown from four.
The higher experience.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
The higher experience.
Your higher self.
To go on a journey.
And be one with the soul.
Your spirit.
So we're going to start by taking your attention inside your body.
A body rinse.
The water flowing into sacred grounds.
So imagine being in this flow.
Sacred water.
Sacred grounds.
Purity flowing through your body.
And just in case there is any tightness.
Any uncomfort.
Imagine it all flows away.
A complete emptying of the body.
Before you can even think.
You know it's already flown away.
The flow.
The current.
The flow of energy.
Flowing through you.
The electricity throughout your body.
The lights throughout your body.
Now imagine those lights reflecting off the water inside your body.
So bringing awareness to the breath.
In through your nose.
Out through your nose.
The smoothness of your breath.
The freshness of your breath.
Smooth and fresh.
The magic from the water leads you smooth and fresh.
Now bring awareness to that feeling.
Sacred grounds.
Now imagine the grounds are high up.
And as you flow into this space.
You get to experience the most breathtaking views.
Just one breath.
Rising up high.
Floating up.
Drying off from the lights.
The lights shining out of you.
That light feeling.
Now imagine your hands are stretched up high above your head.
From the crown of your head.
To the highest point of your hands.
Stretched up high.
Now in replace of your hands.
You now experience the sun.
A sun just for you.
The sun up in the sky.
So from the top of your head to the sun.
The space in between.
Keep your attention in this space.
As far and wide as the eye can see.
The expansion of this space.
A place that fills up high.
Body feeling high.
Something out of space.
Presence from another place.
Notice that stillness.
Floating through space.
Drifting with the stars.
A feeling out of this world.
A world out of this place.
Three words.
Love I am.
Am I love.
I am love.
Love I am.
Am I love.
I am love.
Love I am.
Am I love.
I am love.
Heart felt.
Heart love.
Welcome to the ocean of love.
A place where you get to float away.
A way full of peace.
Peace is every way.
Love is the way.
All ways is love.
Love is all ways.
The higher experience with God.
God staring at you from every way.
God sending you love in every way.
A memory from God.
God with you in every memory.
God through the eyes of God.
Through your own eyes.
A sight made for God.
God shared with his children.
God as the mother.
Mother love.
With God as the father.
Holding hands with the son.
With God as the mother.
With God as the father.
Now feel the love from God.
Feel the love within you.
United with love.
The strength from your soul.
The wisdom from your father.
The love from your mother.
God's love.
A special kind of love.
A kind feeling.
One of a kind.
So feel in that protection.
To take your attention deep inside the heart.
Knowing this too shall pass.
And when this does pass.
You will be up high.
A high of all highs.
A high to look forward to.
A high to be excited about.
An inner high.
A present meditation.
Someone so peaceful.
A new experience for the soul.
And in that same moment.
You see yourself.
Meditate.
What is this place?
The smile of a child.
A higher feeling.
An honour to be here.
Welcome your honour.
This is my honour.
Jesus and my children.
All of us as one.
Saying hi from all of us.
And as one the honour is ours.
For one grand surprise.
Angels as fireworks.
A display for your honour.
So what happened at the higher experience?
What did you remember?
For he will command his angels concerning you.
To guard you in all your ways.
On their hands they will bear you up.
Lest you strike your foot against a stone.
You will tread on the lion and the adder.
The young lion and the serpent.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
From that higher place.
Sending you lots of love.
Lots of gratitude.
And a super angelic thank you.
