Today,
We're going to simplify the whole meditation to three words.
Relax,
Rest and heal.
So meditation does all of those three things.
And when I said we're going to simplify it today,
It is to really just pay attention to how easy it is to relax,
Rest.
And when you're doing both of those things,
You go into a state of healing.
And these are just three words.
However,
When we're in the experience,
You'll be able to describe that feeling with many other words.
So we'll have a little play around with words today.
And again,
Attach the words to the feelings that your experience.
And then notice what comes up for you.
So we can do a countdown from four.
Enjoy this,
Everyone.

Two,
One,
Go.
Closing your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
A meditation for your soul.
A meditation for your soul.
A meditation for your mind.
And a meditation for your body.
So three things of focus.
And we've also got three words to take in today's experience.
As I speak these words.
Notice what comes up for you.
Your description of these words.
So the first word is relax.
And I mentioned the three things,
The body,
Mind and the soul.
So when you give descriptions to the words.
Attach it to the body.
Relax to the body.
When I bring awareness to the body.
With that word relax.
You notice that feeling.
It's like a sigh of relief for the body.
It's a release from the mind.
It's a relax for the mind.
A meditation goes beyond thought.
But as we just started,
Think about everything that takes place at your mind each day.
All those thoughts.
A busy mind.
So relax for the mind.
And the beautiful thing about meditation is there's nowhere to go.
There's nowhere to go.
Usually in the day,
Our mind is always thinking what to do next,
Where to be,
Who to see.
What time is it?
An overactive mind.
Means an overactive body.
So relax the mind.
Thoughts from the mind.
The feelings of the body.
So bring awareness to the feelings from a relaxed mind.
Now scan your entire body.
Relax.
Relax.
Relax.
It feels good to relax.
When we go through life.
There are a number of things that weigh us down.
That hold us back.
That we struggle to let go.
Yet in this moment.
Bring awareness to that feeling.
The mind-body is a partnership.
And right now,
It's perfect body balance.
To relax the body.
To relax the mind.
Stillness.
Silence.
Your soul shines through.
Your soul flows through.
To relax the mind.
And to relax the body.
Equals your soul.
Allowing your truth.
To shine through.
There is no confusion in this state.
A complete knowing.
Mind and body become one.
With the soul.
Take your attention to your heart center.
Body,
Mind,
Soul.
Become the observer.
Become the witness.
Just be.
Notice that feeling.
So we can give it that label relax.
We also can find many more descriptions of this feeling.
Let's start with that word bliss.
Full of bliss.
Blissful.
Now imagine the body right now in this moment.
A happy body.
Happiness in the body.
It's that sweet spot for the body.
I love this feeling.
Spoken by your body.
That sweet feeling.
Feeling bliss.
Feeling blessed.
Feeling blessed.
The mind looks after the body.
And the mind notices the body.
The happy body.
Happiness for every body.
The mind always has a choice.
In this state where is the worry?
Your mind gets to do what it does best.
Create.
A creative mind.
Is a joyful body.
So create that joy.
Enjoy that feeling.
To relax.
Brings rest.
Take notice of your body right now.
At rest.
And when you bring awareness to that feeling.
And the rest.
You tap into a deeper state of consciousness.
The rest of the body.
Because the body is at rest.
So too is the mind.
Because the body is at rest.
So too is the mind.
And when you rest.
You notice the depth.
Inside your body.
A deeper state.
Of rest.
There's an activity that takes place in your body.
It's like your solar system.
Inside the body.
And that system is connected directly with the mind.
So rest is harmony.
Rest is balance.
Rest brings clarity.
You deserve a rest.
You deserve that feed.
If you pay close attention.
Feel the magic that takes place inside your body.
That magic is your spirit.
That magic is your soul.
The magician is your mind.
Make a wish.
And it will come true.
Remember.
Always remember.
Every day is a new day.
And every day you get to show up as the soul.
To truly connect with your soul.
You have to relax.
You have to rest.
Appreciate this moment.
Appreciate yourself.
You showed up in this moment.
You showed up as yourself.
Full control of your mind.
Fully in control of your body.
So take this moment to appreciate that feeling.
Feel the appreciation from your body.
And from your mind.
Smiling with you in this moment.
Just one breath.
So we said relax.
So we said relax.
Rest.
And then you've got that word heal.
Healing.
Healing is a feeling.
And usually we go through life always trying to heal.
To make ourself better.
To improve.
So bring awareness to that feeling now.
So this feeling now is your soul.
It's your truth.
You can feel that calmness.
You are forever healing.
Because your soul is forever.
Because your soul is forever.
It's your spirit.
Your spirit lives.
It's your energy.
So to heal your body.
Instead of going to the mind to think about healing.
Just go straight to that feeling.
Go back to those moments where you've been sick.
Unwell.
Poorly.
And in a flash go straight to this feeling now.
A truth is a knowing.
A truth is a knowing.
The feeling within.
Know in.
Healing is a feeling.
That feeling within.
Healing.
So it's time to trust in your soul.
Remember your soul is the magician.
Magic takes place throughout your entire system.
To leave it up to your soul.
Your soul knows you best.
It chose your body.
And it selected your mind.
There is a love unconditionally.
From your soul.
So imagine the soul roaming free inside your body and your mind.
To show you new things.
To show you what is possible.
It requires your imagination.
It requires full faith.
It requires your love.
Everything is possible.
Relax.
Rest.
And heal.
So every day is a new day.
Imagine.
Awakening first thing.
To instantly receive that feeling.
As soon as your eyes open.
You welcome that feeling.
An instant connection with your soul.
You've just opened your eyes.
And you feel your soul rise.
An excitement to the body.
An excitement from your mind.
Today is going to be a new day.
It's going to be a great day.

I have arrived.
Grateful for this feeling.
Grateful for another day.
So stepping into your day.
Once a warrior.
Now a warrior.
A soul god connection.
Feel the strength to that connection.
Your higher self.
Your best self.
Remember that feeling.
You are that feeling.
So imagine this is your baseline.
This is your foundation.
Relax,
Rest and heal.
Familiar with this feeling.
Loving every part of this feeling.
And the best thing about this feeling.
Is you get to create.
To improve.
To enhance.
Take this feeling to the next level.
So trust in your soul.
