It's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.
It's time to go on a solar coaster.
So welcome,
Welcome everyone.
Today's meditation is called The Wonderful Feeling of Bliss.
And just by listening to these on their own it will take you to bliss.
So my encouragement for today's experience is to allow yourself to let go.
And I encourage people to listen to my words to the point where my words are almost in the background.
And you're more focused on the feelings of your body to the point that at times it feels like you do just disappear.
I call it the gap.
And you just keep paying attention to the inner body.
Because once you're in that space,
It is actually irrelevant what my words are.
And every now and then the words will be said and they register with you and you'll take like a little teaching or a message at the right time.
And most of the meditations we always encourage is about your feelings more than anything else.
Words can only be a description of the truth.
It's your feelings based on your experience.
So it's all about letting go today and whatever you've had going on in your day,
Just park it for now and then we can go back to whatever takes place after this.
The wonderful feeling of bliss.
Counting down from 4 Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Closing your eyes Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
The wonderful feeling of bliss.
Take your attention.
Inside your body.
Notice that feeling.
Anything that's happened today.
Let that go.
Future thoughts,
Future plans,
Future fears.
Let that go.
Now you are here.
Here with yourself.
So we're gonna focus on the breath.
Breaking him free in ice.
And out through your nose.
You're going to feel that breath flow through the body.
So if you bring your attention to the base of your spine.
And for today,
That's where we're going to get the breath starting from.
As you pull that breath in through your nose,
Imagine that breath spiralling up the spine.
Making its way towards the heart centre.
Up towards the head.
As you get out towards the nose,
Just allow that breath to fall out.
And that breath to come back down into the body.
It's a body-mind.
Mind.
Body.
Base of your spine.
Up towards your nose.
In three no's out through your nose And as you're continuing that breath.
Bring awareness to the body.
A calm body.
Body relaxed.
Body quiet.
The body's still.
I'm free now.
Out through your nose.
She said body,
Mind,
Mind,
Body.
The body,
The heart,
The mind,
The head.
And we're going to add in the salt.
So on the next breath,
From the base of your spine,
You're going to go up through the crown of your head.
And imagine the sun up in the sky above your head.
That's gonna be yourself.
So hot!
Through the head,
Higher self as the self.
And as you get up to that highest point,
Just pause.
And imagine you're taking in the view.
And as you let that breath out,
Make your way down through the head.
Down through the heart and just drop to the base of your spine.
Effortless breaking.
Feeling at ease.
So one more deep breath.
Just one breath.
Heart.
Head.
Higher self.
So we're going to keep our attention on the breath.
This time the inhalation is very small.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine you're breathing down and towards the belly.
A small inhalation.
And the exhalation slightly longer down and towards the belly.
I love you too.
And as you're breathing down into the belly,
Bring attention to your shoulders.
Your shoulders get pulled down by your breath.
Feel the lightness around the shoulders.
Notice that calmness.
Allowing the mind to wander inside the body.
The body full of wonder.
Wonderful.
I'm going to leave you in the stillness.
And you're going to bring your attention to the palms of your hands.
And in the stillness,
Feel the energy.
In the palm of your hands.
Now take your attention to the tips of your fingers.
Notice that feeling.
The world in the palm of your hand.
Life.
In the palm of your hand.
So we're going to bring our attention to our hands,
Our healing hands.
And attach that to your story.
The touch from your hands.
So throughout your life,
Your story,
Your journey.
The use of your hands.
Leave in your mind.
Your print.
Your energy.
Now imagine that we could turn on your Prince,
Wherever you've been,
Whoever you've held.
Every hug.
Everyone left it up.
Every handshake.
Every Tree Touch.
Every child lifted above your head.
Imagine turning on your energy.
Notice that feeling in your hands.
So from your hands to your feet.
The souls of your feet.
Bring your attention to the soles of your feet.
Step by step.
Step in through your journey.
Live in your mind.
Leave in your prints.
The wonderful feeling of bliss.
Walking through bliss.
Grounded with this feeling.
Grounded to self.
Self grounded.
Where your attention goes,
Your energy flows.
Where is that energy flowing?
Bring awareness to your inner body.
That blissful feeling.
The wonderful feeling of bliss.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just.

Be here in this moment.
