This meditation will explore the word Process, viewing from the Body, Mind, and Soul Perspective. Trust the process, is to trust in your Soul. There is a process that takes place within the Body, all of our bodily functions are automatically working for us every second of our life. With the feelings and the Experience, our mind can then process it all to make sense and understand. When we let go of trying and learn to be still, we start to understand how powerful we as God are working through us in all moments. Enjoy this Meditation experience.

Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.
It's time to go on a solar coaster.
Welcome welcome everyone.
Back again today for another meditation experience.
Today is called trust the process and it's that word process where we're going to pay attention to and find the multiple meanings that we can take into our life.
So the music is going to get straight into it so just take your attention straight into your inner body.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
So take your attention inside your body.
Trust the process.
So let's explore that word process.
A spiritual being having a human experience.
A three-part being.
Body,
Mind,
Soul.
A spiritual being having a human experience.
A spiritual being is your soul.
The human experience is the mind and the body.
So your soul is the truth.
It's your spirit.
It's your energy.
So if we work in the power of three's process,
Body,
Mind,
Soul.
So that word process and the title of this experience trust the process.
Trust your soul.
Trust your soul.
It seems too simple.
So let's explore the mind and the body.
Let's start with the body.
Your body is the process.
Your body is the process.
Your soul the truth.
Your soul works for the mind.
Shining your light within the mind.
The light inside your body.
A bright mind.
So the mind sets the body.
And if we look at the process,
Your body loves your mind.
Your mind is the captain.
And your body is the ship.
Your mind is the owner.
And your body is that loyal pet,
Your pet dog.
Just love all around.
Loyalty.
Presence.
When your mind is present,
Your body presents you a gift.
Feelings.
Feelings that take place from within the body.
And those feelings stimulate your soul.
The spiritual being enjoying the human experience.
So a three-part being.
And three parts to a 24-hour day.
Eight.
Nine.
Ten.
Eight.
Eight.
Awake.
Sleep.
And meditation.
Meditation is your soul.
Sleep is for the body.
And it's your awakened state which is the mind.
So with your mind,
It's always process in.
To process the information.
To process the events that have taken place.
To process that experience.
To process those feelings.
And in that process,
We look for an answer.
An understanding.
To make sense.
To find meaning.
So to process at the mind,
It's a lot of work.
There's a lot of activity.
There's a lot of overthinking.
So many scenarios.
Many outcomes.
Past events.
Future events.
Future opportunities.
The mind is a wanderer.
A wandering away from this moment.
So we have a process of the body.
Our mind always tries to process.
Your soul is to trust the process.
So your soul having a human experience.
How would your soul know a truth?
What does your soul rely on?
A sensory input.
An input from your mind.
An opinion.
A belief.
An idea.
A description.
A memory.
A creation.
So the order of the process.
Without the experience.
Without the feelings.
How can your mind describe?
How can your mind explain?
How would anything make sense?
It all starts with a feeling.
So take your attention to your heart center.
So we're going to bring awareness to the mind.
And at the same time.
We're going to block out the mind.
And sometimes that is a challenge.
Because we can hear it going off.
That little nag.
That little worry.
That little complaint.
That's all the mind.
If we view our thoughts.
Like a storm.
And that storm.
Is when your head.
Is stuck in the clouds.
A brain storm.
So bring your attention inside your body.
Feel.
Be still.
As close to being real.
As your feelings that are the truth.
So feel inside your body.
Inside your body.
So mind out the way.
It's time to observe the body.
So we're just observing.
Being the witness.
It's time to notice.
These feelings inside your body.
It's the keys to your instrument.
And you have a beautiful tune ringing.
Inside you.
How else would you put that into words?
It's beautiful.
It's peaceful.
It has my attention.
And I know it has your attention.
So me and you.
That's the duality.
Let's find that third perspective.
Us.
Our.
Our.
We.
Trust the process.
Trust that energy.
Trust that connection.
So what defines a connection?
From A to B.
From 1 to 2.
Give and receive.
Always remember to receive.
We spend a lot of our days giving.
And sometimes it may seem like it's gone unnoticed.
So be open to receive.
Receive in spirit.
Look out for the signs.
Ask and you will receive.
Receive in.
The answers to your questions.
Are always received from within.
So imagine looking out through the eyes of your soul.
You see.
You hear.
You smell.
You taste.
You touch.
The senses stimulate those feelings.
And it's those feelings that determine your truth.
So let us simplify feelings to just truth.
And your spirit.
Truth and spirit.
In spirit.
The spirit within you.
Inspirational.
That feeling within you.
Inspirational.
The beauty of this feeling.
Is the beauty of meditation.
There will be an understanding.
At times there'll be an insight.
An aha moment.
Something just clicks.
It's almost like it's caught out your mind.
Left your mind in as days.
How didn't I see that before?
How did I miss that?
Starstruck.
Soul shocked.
The ego is being found out.
The ego got caught in the act.
So that word insight.
A vision.
A decision.
An answer to your request.
And in that moment you just want to share.
There's changes to be made.
You've seen it.
You felt it.
And then there comes a rush.
Firstly the rush of inside the body.
And then there's the rush of the mind.
It's a knowing.
We keep it inside the body.
There's no rush.
Your soul knows that rush.
That rush has a feeling.
And even at that time it may completely make sense.
However for it to be a full truth.
For it to be out in the open.
That word perspective.
Your feelings are always the truth.
But when we speak our feelings.
We have to find the right words.
And words are a way that we use to communicate.
To express ourselves.
To express ourselves.
If we go beyond words because that is the mind.
Stay with your soul.
And I want you to bring attention to just this feeling now.
Right now.
Keeping your attention with that feeling.
Imagine someone that you want to share that truth.
We talk about balance.
A balancing act with that person.
Just bring awareness to your energy now.
Now bring awareness to their energy now.
Are they here with you in this moment?
Have they experienced your truth?
And if we use that concept of time.
By the time we have a conversation.
By the time we have a conversation.
When we finally get to catch up.
Their energy.
From their day.
From their life.
We look at a higher perspective.
And being honest with this question.
How many people experience this feeling?
In the world that we live.
And in the world that we live.
A world within a world.
So let us explore that word inside.
Within you.
Your third eye.
Your intuition.
So we slow that rush down.
We take our time.
We trust the process.
If our mind is out of the way.
The body is already processing.
Your body is making sense.
Storing that energy.
For the right time.
It's been parked.
It's been saved.
And when we come back into a meditation.
We set an intention.
To understand.
And process.
And that starts with a question.
Talking to your higher self.
So silently repeat this question back to yourself.
What are you showing me right now?
Feel it.
Imagine speaking to your higher self.
That's your soul.
Your soul up as high as the sun.
Your sun.
What are you showing me right now?
And there's an excitement.
Because that answer will be received.
So feel these words.
And become the observer of your body.
What are you showing me right now?
That inner voice.
That inner dialogue.
Now take your attention to your heart center.
Bring your focus.
To your heart center.
Now imagine your mind resting.
In your heart center.
A truth is a truth.
And if we let go.
Of how it is received.
And instead.
Focus on how it's delivered.
You are the messenger.
And what is that message?
An expression of your feelings.
To share your wisdom.
We do it to help.
To make things better.
To lend a hand.
So let's focus on the delivery.
Before we reach words.
Is to really connect with that feeling.
And how do we communicate?
Fully present.
Eye to eye.
Soul to soul.
There's a love in that.
There's a love in that stare.
There's a balance to that energy.
There is calmness.
There is honesty.
There is energy.
So just imagine that exchange.
Heart to heart.
Your energy.
Their energy.
Energy.
The conditions must be right.
Their perspective.
Their energy.
Your perspective.
The highest perspective.
And some things we just want to let out.
We've held on for too long.
We've missed opportunities in the past.
The past is no longer here.
You take that teaching.
You remember the lesson.
So write it down.
Pull it out from within your body.
Get it off your chest.
Pull it out of the treasure chest.
A masterpiece.
Your truth expressed in words.
So one thing you can be sure of.
You captured that moment.
While it was fresh.
Whilst it made sense.
A picture paints a thousand words.
Words.
Words.
Words.
Words to describe that picture.
A picturesque feeling.
So bring awareness to that feeling.
There's a calmness.
There is power.
Clarity.
The recipe for success.
So when we feel like we've let our guard down.
The guard is your mind.
Guardian.
That feeling is always from within.
And the body is containing that feeling.
Your body is the armour.
Your arm.
Linked with your soul.
So look out for the signs.
Imagine your spirit guide.
Appears from the light.
Just.
One breath.
Feel.
The light.
That light feeling.
The.
They drew out a map and they showed you direction your sender.
It's far in the east where your heart is at peace when you enter.

Well help me recall that first morning sunlight adorning cracks on the floor.
Well it served as a warning everything's changing.
I'll rearrange it so familiar.

Hopped in the car.

Cows in the street prayer beads you were counting.
There was the river eternal giver flowing forever remember find your center.
My love is just a reminder find your center.
My love is just a reminder.
My love is just a reminder find your center.
My love is just a reminder.
In your own time.
Take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
When you've lost your way colors start to fade take a look within find your offering.
Hold it to the sun let your spirit run remember.
Remember find your center.
