Heaven Is Within You Meditation

Meditation is going to heaven- Heaven is within us and we can go there whenever we choose. Today's meditation will connect you with that place of bliss and allow you to experience the body in a flow-healing state.

My name is Harry the Soul Coach and it's time to go on a solar coaster. We are spiritual beings enjoying a human experience, A three-part being, The body, The mind and the soul. Throughout these experiences I use the phrase just one breath. That breath is going to start deep inside the stomach and effortlessly through your nose you're going to pull that up through the body, Up through the mind and up as high as you can to the soul. The body, We use the heart center, The mind, The head and the soul, Your higher self. Imagine the sun up in the sky, Your soul. Just one breath. Four, Three, Two, One, Go. Closing your eyes, Bring yourself to this moment. So I'm going to ask you to take yourself and use the imagination. So those words, Bring yourself to this moment. What moment are you bringing yourself to? And if we can imagine the feeling and start from that feeling. So a great way to do that, Bring your attention inside your body. Notice that feeling. Why the attention's inside the body? Become the observer. Bring awareness to the body. Now bring awareness as you relax the body. Your safe space, Your calm space, The depths inside your body. When you search, You find the stillness inside the body, Surrounded by the stillness. You in the center. Bring your attention to your heart center. Notice that energy, That peace within. Enjoy that feeling. Stay with that feeling. Now if you was to compare with other moments in your life, Compare it to this feeling. Just enjoy that feeling. Rise with that feeling. Higher with that feeling. How high can you get with that feeling? Just one breath. I'll ask you that question again. Heaven, What is that feeling? Gifts from the divine. A dream within a dream. Love and light. Light and love. Take your attention inside your body. It's time to bring awareness to the inner body. Body. The kingdom within. The inner temple. A miracle in each moment. Just one breath. Bring awareness to the body. Would you agree with my words to describe this feeling? Body feeling peace. Body feeling light. Body feeling calm. To trust in yourself. Allows you to trust in your body. Yourself inside the body. Your soul inside the body. A soulful feeling. Notice that feeling. Bliss inside the body. Body, Mind, Soul. So the soul inside the body. Soulful. And the only focus is the mind. Mind out the way. There's no need to worry about the body. And your soul is the truth. Then we can bring awareness to the mind. To create and know any doubt, Any frustration, Any worry is the mind. In that moment you have a choice. Because you trust in yourself. Which means you trust in your body. Let the ego come back to flow. Imagination. God is imagination. Infinite possibilities. It's only the ego that gets in the way. Edging God out. I can't do that. I'm not good enough for that. I've always struggled with that. Mind. Look at your body now. You know your truth. Now you have a choice. And you start by asking questions. Asking as king. The royalty is within you. A sovereign being. Ask yourself the question. If I was to create the new world, What changes would I introduce? What would I like to experience? It's time to create. Create with God. Co-create with the soul. How do I want to be remembered? Awareness to that feeling. Opportunities. When opportunities present themselves, You have a choice. Opportunities for your soul. Look out for the signs. Expand your horizons. Just one breath. In this stillness. Breathing in. Letting go. Breathing in. Lighting. Life changes from this feeling. Going forward from this feeling. Anything that's been holding you back. Anything that's been getting in the way. Any doubt. Procrastination. Fear. If you come straight back to this feeling. Trust. Self. Soul. Love. Peace. Stillness. Live. Positivity is the soul. All that wisdom. All that knowledge. All that experience. All for your soul. Those past mistakes soon become your biggest teaching. That past shame soon becomes your biggest lesson. Past is your story. Or no. So if you ask yourself a question. Speak to your soul. Can you hear me healing this feeling? What brings me back straight to this feeling? A re-a soul step. Finding peace in the stillness. Experiencing love. In this love from the body. By a creation of love from the mind. All that energy in and all around you. Heaven. That space within you. Imagine God within you. Nowhere to go. Nowhere to be. And if God is within you. Speaking through the words of God. I know where to be. I know where to go. I'm exactly where I need to be. I am here. I am. When the hair stands on its head. Those tingles inside the body. Those goose bumps. That wisp. That wisp of wind. Those rays from the sun. The beautiful sounds from the birds. That feather that comes in a gift. To go with the flow. In your own time. Take your time. Slowly bring yourself back to this moment. Just be. Just be. Just be. Bring awareness to the feeling. That feeling is always there. Always within you. Always. Bring yourself back to that feeling.
