Welcome beautiful heart,
Back to another guided meditation and journey with me here.
Today's intention is centered around when you often do not know what is next.
This will be a 20 minute guided meditation for life transitions,
Uncertainty and trusting the unknown.
Today's meditation is once more in the mountains of Maiolo,
Italy.
So you will hear birds,
You will hear ambient sounds.
I invite you to use them to help you drop deeper into this meditation today.
When you're ready,
You can close your eyes and we will take our first mindful breath together,
Breathing in.
And out.
Going again,
Breathing in.
And down.
Allowing your body to settle.
Allowing your breath to start to move more slowly,
More gently.
And starting to come into a deeper awareness around why you are here in this meditation today.
Perhaps you are listening to this journey because something is changing in your life,
A relationship,
A career,
A home,
An identity,
A dream.
Or perhaps something is about to change and you are in the uncomfortable moment.
The before,
The shift.
Something is ending,
Something is beginning,
But you cannot yet see the full path ahead.
We're here today to discover something new.
Deepa.
We're here today to settle in to the present.
Part of you there.
Knows even when the future has not revealed itself yet.
Knows.
You are safe.
Knows everything is okay.
Nodes.
You are loved.
So let us breathe into this space.
And out.
Allowing yourself to be here with me for the next few minutes and moments of your day.
Without trying to solve your life,
Without trying to.
.
.
Uncover the solution to something.
And holding your awareness on your breath.
Holding your beautiful awareness on your body.
And we will take that body scan downward.
Starting at your crown and forehead.
Moving down into your jaw,
Your neck,
Moving down into your chest and abdomen.
Moving this body scan down to your stomach and pelvis.
Moving it down into your upper legs,
Your knees.
And finally down into your feet.
And holding safely.
On the ground.
As we will now combine this body scan to bring us into this present moment with a intentional slow breath in and an extra slow breath out.
So with me,
Breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Exhale for eight,
Seven,
Six,
5 4 3 2 1 and 1,
Going again,
Inhale for 4,
3,
2,
1.
And one,
Exhaling for 8,
7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
And one.
Allowing your breath to flow.
Come back to its natural rhythm.
Allowing the pressure.
You may be still holding in your body to have all of the answers,
The pressure to be certain.
Allowing it to release.
Allowing it to dissipate.
Are allowed to be in process.
You are allowed to be in the becoming.
Continue.
Breathing with this ease.
Continue breathing long and slow exhales.
Letting your body free.
Its grip around a future that feels uncertain.
Loosening its grip.
Around a future that feels anxious or fearful.
As instead.
With me holding you with so much support and love.
You reclaim this energy,
You reclaim this awareness and together we see yourself.
You see yourself standing on a quiet beach.
A quiet path.
Early in the morning,
Early before the day has begun.
The gentle mist.
Surrounding you.
And on this quiet morning path.
You realize that you cannot see.
Their entire journey ahead.
You cannot see the destination and where exactly it is that you are going.
You can only see the next few steps.
So here in this moment,
Observe what the mind wants to do.
Notice how your mind will want the home map.
Whole certainty.
The whole guarantee.
But life.
Really unfolds.
Like this.
Life really.
Has this predetermined nature.
So as.
You also hear some of the nature sounds here with us today.
Imagine taking a step on this path.
Anyway.
See yourself stepping forward.
And as you do,
Seeing the path.
Each step you take.
Path becomes.
A little more visible.
Each step you take again and again,
You notice that the fog does not disappear.
But you feel a trust.
You feel.
A courageousness.
You feel a part of you that knows it can continue anyway.
Walking gently.
And allowing the path to unfold.
Walking bravely.
Without needing to know the entire future.
Or the entire map.
Breathing this courage in.
And out.
Breathing his courage in.
And out.
If there are parts of you that feel afraid,
That feel scared.
Because they want the certainty.
They won.
To make the right choice.
Parts of you that are scared.
Due to worries and anxiety about what might happen.
Rather than pushing them away here with your big heart.
With my presence holding you,
Invite these scared parts of you closer.
Invite them to be here with us,
So we can acknowledge them.
So we can listen to them.
So we can understand the.
.
.
Pain.
Together with me,
With your big loving presence,
Repeat out loud to these parts.
Of course you are afraid.
Of course,
You want clarity.
Thank you for trying to protect me.
Thank you for trying to keep us safe.
And observe what happens to your fear.
To this fearful part when you meet it with compassion,
When you meet it with loving acceptance.
Staying here and breathing in.
And out.
Going again,
Breathing in.
And out.
In this space of loving acceptance for all that you are,
For all that wants to be seen here on this path now,
We get to look even deeper through the fog,
Through the journey that we have already taken.
And now we see.

After another few more steps.
A beautiful glistening.
Waterfall of life.
As we stand here on this hearth in front of you.
This waterfall of light we see and observe.
That there is nothing heavy.
Nothing overwhelming.
Softness.
Cleanliness.
Pureness.
And as you step into this waterfall of light.
And allow it to flow over you.
Everything that does not belong.
Is cleansed.
Everything that does not belong.
Is released.
Your future worries.
Your imagined worst case scenarios.
Your endless mental rehearsals.
The pressure to control outcomes.
All of it.
Clearing.
All of it.
Releasing.
And with every inhale and exhale.
You feel a renewal.
You feel.
Alightness.
And from this place.
We can move.
From this place.
We can trust.
From this place.
We can give ourselves the fullest permission.
To be all that we are on the path that we are walking.
So one more time here,
Breathing in to this renewal.
And out.
Allowing this.
Cleansing,
Peace.
On the path you have walked,
On the path you will continue to walk.
Allowing this peace to anchor into your heart.
To anchor into your body.
And before we come back into our day,
Into our room,
Into our lives.
