Welcome beautiful heart,

Sensitive leader and being in this world,

Welcome back to another guided meditation and journey today with the intention to allow you to fall into blissful deep sleep,

So if you're not there already get comfortable in your bed,

In your space of liftoff where you will drop into your dreamscape and today we will go on a journey with a guided meditation followed by some affirmations with frequency from my heart to yours with the intention of not just deep sleep but bliss consciousness.

As you begin to close your eyes and breathe heavily,

Let your mind slow down,

Let your body melt into the sweetest of rest.

On this day,

In this moment,

In this meditation,

This is your sanctuary,

Place where the world softens,

Your breath expands and sleep comes naturally.

Settle in,

Let the weight of your day slip away,

There's nothing you need to carry so let us breathe,

Breathing in and breathing out feeling your beautiful body gently spreading into the bed beneath you,

Into the sheets,

Into the comfort,

Feel gravity doing all the work,

Your muscles loosening,

Your energy quieting.

As you relax the space around your heart,

As you relax the space around your head,

Your mouth,

Your belly,

And with me you imagine a warm glow forming at the center of your chest,

A soft pulsing light,

A lantern,

Your lantern of love guiding you inward.

This glowing lantern invites you to soften even more,

To completely exhale and know that everything is okay.

You are safe to be here with me,

To be here with yourself,

You can let the day go,

You can let tomorrow go.

As you bring deeper awareness to the parts of you that can't,

The places that feel tired,

Feel overwhelmed,

Maybe your mind is still racing,

Maybe your energy is still too high gripping on,

Whatever it is,

Notice it and here in this moment give it permission to release,

Give it permission to rest,

Give it permission to soak into the lantern of love in your chest.

Feeling the golden loving light from this lantern shine inward and soothe your nerves,

Soothe your system and the parts that are trying to stay on.

And right now you are unwinding,

Right now you are falling into deep sleep,

Falling into not just a deep sleep,

But a slow wave of bliss as it begins to rise from your feet,

This wave of bliss warming and spreading up your legs,

Your hips,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your throat and your face.

The wave carries no effort,

No expectation,

Only ease.

So let it wash through you,

Let it gently erase the edges of your day,

Let it soften your thoughts until they feel like feathers floating off into the distance.

You are sinking deeper and deeper into something ancient and familiar.

This bliss field is holding you,

This bliss field is asking nothing from you,

It simply receives you.

So let go,

Let go,

Let it take you,

Let yourself fall gently into its arms,

Sweetly,

Naturally,

Effortlessly.

You are safe to rest deeply,

Your dreams will be gentle,

They will be peaceful.

So let your body sink into pure blissful peace.

You are safe to let go,

Your breath is guiding you into bliss,

Bliss is rising inside of you,

Your body knows how to rest.

You are floating into sleep,
