Welcome dear heart back for another guided meditation and journey from my heart to yours.

Today's meditation holds the intention of nightmare soothing.

For those of you who experience nightmares,

Those reoccurring dreams that bring a lot of fear,

Bring a lot of unrest and bring up the shadows from the unconscious.

Together today we will meet it all with openness,

With compassion and a lot of grace.

So begin to get ready.

I would advise you to have this on just before sleep,

Just before your night time rest.

Getting comfortable,

Getting warm,

Resting into ease.

Then when you're ready you can close your magical eyes and take one big deep breath in through your nose into your belly and a long one out.

Good and one more breathing in.

As we begin to sink and slide into comfort and rest,

Together today we will not just prepare you for sleep,

We're not just going to create a field of protection,

But we're also going to open your heart to meet whatever arises in your dreams.

With love,

With compassion,

With your presence.

So as we drop deeper and deeper with each inhale,

Allow the weight of the day to melt.

Each exhale,

Express out that weight,

Let out that weight.

Feel and connect to the surface beneath you,

Holding you,

Protecting you,

Having a foundation that is complete.

Complete and strong.

You are safe.

You are so held in the rest that is coming.

So in this feeling of safety,

In this net of being held,

Let us now imagine a gentle yet strong sphere of golden white light surrounding your nest,

Surrounding your bed.

This light,

This field is alive.

So use your senses to connect into it.

Use your senses to see,

To feel,

To hear,

Just how protective,

Just how soothing and strong this field is.

As I am here with you now,

I affirm with your permission,

With your presence,

That this protection field,

This protection sphere will keep out anything that is not love,

Anything that is not truth.

Affirming once more that you are safe,

You are protected.

Only love and what is for your highest good may enter your space tonight.

Affirm and feel this strength.

Affirm and know that no outside spirits,

Energies or influences can disturb you here.

You are safe to dream.

You are safe to rest.

You are safe to rejuvenate.

Nightmares often arise not just from outside energies,

Outside entities,

Outside spirits piercing our field.

They also arise from the parts of ourselves we haven't yet fully met.

Our unconscious fears,

Old memories or fragments of our shadow asking for love.

So,

Beautiful heart,

As you continue to breathe,

As you continue to ease yourself into sleep,

Into rest,

I invite you to imagine yourself within your shield and field of protection.

Imagine yourself standing gently at the doorway of your dreams.

Imagine yourself at this threshold,

At this door.

You know that whatever arises,

Whether light or dark,

Whatever arises can be met with compassion,

Can be met with loving courage,

Can be met with an open heart for integration.

So,

With me,

Whisper inwardly,

Whatever comes tonight,

I choose to meet it with love.

Whatever comes tonight,

I choose to meet it with love.

Meet it with acceptance.

Whatever comes tonight,

I choose to meet it with compassion.

I acknowledge even my darkest dream carries part of me longing to be seen.

Carries a part of me longing to be seen.

Breathing in to this.

Feeling this uprising of strength on your heart.

Feeling the vastness ready to welcome all of it.

Feeling your confidence in if a nightmare comes.

You have all of the capacity,

You have all of the power.

To breathe deeply into your body,

Into your presence,

Into your magic.

To transform all the fears that live.

So,

Let us practice this.

Breathing into our heart.

Breathing out,

Transforming.

Breathing in to our heart.

Breathing out,

Transforming.

You are so ready,

You are so full,

You have all the answers to take with you into the night time,

Dream time scape,

As you drift deeper and deeper still.

Let us affirm and intend our greatest reward,

Our greatest treasure coming from our night time nightmare adventures.

I take the teachings that my nightmares bring.

I take the treasure that my nightmares bring.

And now I understand that my dreams,

No matter how heavy and dark,

Are gateways to healing and peace.

Gateways to healing and peace.

Drifting,

Drifting.

Falling into sleep.

With so much grace and support following us.

I leave you now,

Dear one,

To continue your night time adventure forward.

And with so much love in my heart,

I wish you all of the alchemy,

All of the transformation,

And all of the insights.

Until next time.
