I invite you to find your most comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down,
In a quiet and peaceful space.
Gently,
Close your eyes and turn your attention inward as we unravel the layers of our being and bring ourselves to the present moment.
Begin by bringing your awareness to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Feel the gentle inhale and exhale,
Observing the sensations as the breath enters and leaves your body.
There is no need to control the breath.
Simply let it flow naturally.
Keep observing your breath for the next few moments.
Now,
Shift your attention to the sensations in your body.
Notice the contact points between your body and the chair or the floor.
Feel the subtle warmth,
Pressure,
Or tingling.
Allow your awareness to roam,
Exploring the various sensations present in the moment.
Keep exploring these sensations for the next few moments.
As you continue to observe,
You may notice thoughts arising.
Instead of engaging with them,
Let them drift by like clouds in the sky.
Then return your focus to the sensations in your body,
Anchoring yourself in the present.
With each passing moment,
Be open to whatever arises,
Whether it's physical sensations,
Emotions,
Or thoughts.
Observe them with a gentle and non-judgmental awareness.
Notice the impermanence of these sensations,
How they come and go like waves in the ocean.
Continue witnessing this dance of your inner world for the next few moments.
Now,
Expand your awareness to the sounds around you.
Listen without attachment or aversion.
Let the sounds flow through your consciousness like a passing breeze,
Acknowledging their presence without getting entangled,
Keeping your awareness to the sounds for the next few moments.
In these moments of observation,
You may find a stillness emerging,
A quiet space within.
Rest in this stillness,
Allowing it to envelop you with a sense of calm and clarity.
Before we conclude,
Let your awareness wander for the next minute,
But keeping a distance from the object you're observing.
Now,
Take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes.
Exhale and invite some movement to your body.
Carry this newfound presence and mental clarity with you into your world.
And remember,
You have the power to return to this inner sanctuary whenever you need a moment of peace and stillness.
