Welcome to this meditation to increase your intuition and have a deeper connection with your higher self.
I invite you to find your most comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down in a quiet and peaceful space.
Gently close your eyes or keep them slightly open and bring your awareness to your body.
As you settle into the present.
With every exhale,
Release all the muscles in your face,
Your jaw and the area around your eyes.
This is the space where we hold a lot of tension.
So keep relaxing these muscles with every exhale.
Now bring your awareness to the area around your neck and relax your shoulders.
Make sure you keep your back upright,
But not uptight.
Now make sure that your chest is loose and relaxed.
Relax your abdomen muscles and relax all the muscles down to your feet.
Right now,
We are not looking to change anything,
But simply to be aware of your body becoming relaxed.
We are bringing your awareness to the area around your neck.
We are bringing your body,
Speech and mind to complete silence.
This is the crucial step for tapping into your intuition.
If there are thoughts,
Let them be without the need to hold or push them away.
Simply notice the space of your mind with the light of your awareness.
Now let's spend the next few moments in complete silence,
Simply becoming aware of your awareness.
Now,
Gently shift your focus to the center of your body.
Gently shift your focus to the center of your being,
Just below your navel.
This is often called your gut feeling center,
A powerful seat of intuition.
Keep taking few breaths into this area,
Feeling the rise and fall of your breath.
Now,
Inviting your imagination,
Visualize a warm,
Glowing light expanding with each inhale and settling with each exhale.
As you breathe,
Silently ask yourself,
What is my intuition trying to tell me today?
Don't try to force an answer.
Simply allow any thoughts,
Feelings or images to arise naturally.
Trust that whatever comes up is exactly what you need to know at this moment.
If nothing comes up,
That's perfectly okay too.
Sometimes intuition speaks in subtle ways and it takes time to be heard.
So now,
I invite you to imagine yourself standing at the edge of a calm,
Clear lake.
The water is so still that you can see your reflection perfectly.
This lake represents your intuitive mind.
Clear,
Calm and reflective.
Now,
In your imagination,
Gently drop a pebble into the lake and watch the ripples spread out.
If you can't see the reflection,
Feel it.
Each ripple represents a deeper layer of your intuition spreading out and touching every part of your being.
Feel the connection between your mind and your intuition growing stronger with each ripple.
Take a moment to tune into any sensations,
Feelings that arise.
Trust in the messages your intuition is sending you.
If you feel a sense of knowing or insight,
Simply acknowledge it with gratitude.
And if you still feel unclear,
Trust that your intuition is always working,
Even if its messages aren't immediately apparent.
The more stillness you allow in your mind,
The clearer the messages will be.
Now,
Let's spend a few more moments in this peaceful state allowing your intuition to guide you.
As we prepare to close this meditation,
Take a deep breath in,
Filling up your abdomen,
Your chest and gently release.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch if you need to and when you are ready.
Gently open your eyes.
Carry the sense of connection with your intuition throughout your day.
Remember,
Your intuition is always with you,
Guiding you and you can return to this state of awareness anytime you need it.
