Session 53.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Getting to a nice and relaxed state.
Relaxing more and more parts of your body and of your mind.
Just notice if there is some places that doesn't relax as easily as other parts of you.
Is there any part in your body that is not fully relaxed?
Then just focus on this place.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Send this relaxation to this place in your body.
And then allow it to be just as it is.
Then invite it to relax whenever it feels ready.
And notice if there is any thoughts in your mind that doesn't relax as fully.
Then let your attention go to these thoughts.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Send your relaxation to this place.
Then allow it to be just as it is.
And invite it to relax if it wants to.
And then notice if there is any emotion in your body.
And then let it be just as it is.
And when you find an emotion,
Take a deep breath in.
And send it together with your attention to this place and relax.
And allow the emotion to be just as it is.
And then let it be just as it is.
And then let it be just as it is.
And then let it be just as it is.
Just staying in this peaceful state.
And just being with your experience.
And just staying with this peaceful state.
And it's good for you to now and then just land.
To just be in this moment.
Being present with your experience.
And taking some time to just relax and observe what's in your internal experience.
So that you're ready to take in the rest of the day when you're back from meditation.
And then let it be just as it is.

Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
Know that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
