Welcome to meditation session number 11.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
If there is anymore corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words or follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
And we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Settle back into the state of present awareness.
Being here and observing the moment.
And for a while letting go of the outer world.
Letting go of the busyness of your day.
Just settle in into a moment of relaxing.
And coming back to your present awareness.
Allowing your focus to land in your body.
Feeling in the body how it feels in this present moment.
Noticing any tensions.
Observing any restlessness,
Tensions or thoughts,
And stopping and seeing what is here and what comes when you stop,
When you stop doing and just become still.
And as you slowly drop into this present awareness of the moment,
Just let yourself naturally go there.
No need to force your mind to be silent,
Just as you can't force your body to relax.
The only way is to simply allow it to happen naturally by itself.
Sometimes it might take a while before the silence in the present awareness take up the space of your experience.
Sometimes it might happen just easily,
And drop into a state of present awareness of this moment evolving.
And if your mind drifts and starts thinking about something,
Just think yourself for that you have noticed.
In the moment you notice,
Your awareness is there,
And then it's fine.
Just observe the thought,
And then give it no more energy.
Don't continue the thought,
Just allow it to sink as you focus on the awareness.
And I'm feeling grateful for that you have catched awareness again.
So you and the more times you're coming back to your awareness,
The more present awareness you will develop,
And the easier it will become to stay in a pleasant and present state.
A state where you can recharge and reload,
Becoming focused and calm,
Seeing clearly,
Taking good decisions,
And giving energy to the beings around you and to your life.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths,
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness,
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And for every time you do these meditations,
The effect will be greater,
And it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state,
Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again,
And get ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
