We will explore the most common tool for relaxation, our breath. Using it for regaining balance and entering a calm state. We will anchor in our brain so that in future guided meditations, our life breath becomes a deeper tool for relaxation and focus. You can sit or lay down. When doing the meditations on this channel you can choose to do the meditations in order, or choose anyone with a subject that suits you for the day. The most important is that you find good practice for yourself.

Welcome to meditation session number two.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

You can use your own words or follow along this.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,

Clarity and recharging.

Now I am doing meditation.

Very good.

And we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

And put your attention on your breath.

Feeling the inhale.

Feeling the exhale.

No need to control it.

Breathing in new air,

Oxygen filling up your body.

And breathing out the old air.

And breathing in new air,

Filling yourself up with new energy.

And breathing out the old that you don't need anymore.

Air coming in.

Air coming out.

And it happens so naturally for the body.

Still just let go of any intention to control it.

Just let it be just as it is.

And just imagine which way would it be really nice to breathe.

Would you like it to be more deep?

And just ask your body if it is willing to breathe a little bit deeper.

And see if you can get the body to breathe a little bit deeper without forcing it.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And if you just let go,

How is your breath?

How does it want to breathe?

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And can you let go even more into your breath?

Sink into your breath.

After calming your breath so that there is nothing else in the world that matters than just your breath.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

A sensation of breathing is always in the present moment.

If you want to be present,

You can just feel your breath and it will take you back to this moment.

You will always have this anchor to the present moment.

Just put your attention on your breath.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

And just imagine what it would be like to breathe a little bit deeper.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And for every time you do these meditations,

The effect will be greater and it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state,

Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

Getting it ready to continue,

Day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
