In today\s meditation, you will be guided to give your mind a pause from thinking. 15 minutes of just being in the moment, relaxing in your body, hearing the sounds of the meditation and my gentle guidance. As we do this simple and unforced practice we allow ourselves to regain balance, become calm and find focus in our day. Feel free to sit or lay down.

Welcome to meditation session 35.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself,

I want you to rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breath out and relax.

Into a nice and relaxed state.

Relaxing down in a nice and comfortable state of mind.

You don't need to think about the future.

You don't need to think about the past.

You can just simply allow in yourself just for the time of this meditation to just be here.

Feeling the breath in your body.

Let go of everything else.

Let go of everything else.

Sometimes our mind continues to produce thoughts.

Give them no extra energy.

Just observe it happen.

Direct your focus towards this present moment over and over again.

Observing.

The stillness increasing.

Staying with yourself for a moment.

Giving your focus to yourself.

Giving yourself this break to fill up with new focus and new energy.

Giving some time to your mind to find stillness.

And your awareness to find presence.

And you can also allow yourself to enjoy this relaxation.

Just as much as you feel that you want.

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
