In this meditation you will be guided into a deeper meditative state. We allow a continues mindful observing of the moment take us into stillness. Learning to stay longer in a relaxed focus of the present, gaining balance and calm energy. Feel free to choose the position of you preference, sitting or laying down.

Welcome to Meditation Session 25.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

You can begin to direct your focus to this moment.

Letting your focus to settle.

Relaxing to these sounds.

Listening to my voice and feeling any sensations in your body.

Observing if your mind is already empty or if there is still thoughts passing through your mind.

Observing this moment and whatever is here is here.

No need to change.

No need to categorize or label.

Just being here,

Observing whatever comes in this moment.

No need to restrict.

No need to resist.

Just allowing the experience to float through your observing consciousness.

Just being in this moment,

Allowing it to come and allowing it to pass.

And now you are free to let go of everything else,

Just staying with the present moment,

Allowing yourself to follow the stream of deep relaxation.

Letting your body relax.

Letting your mind reset.

Clearing your field of consciousness,

Becoming here and now,

Focused and relaxed,

Calm and ready.

Dr rapidement.

If there is any thoughts,

Emotions or feelings,

Just observe it.

And let it be.

Your observing consciousness can be fully calm and relaxed.

Even if there is thoughts,

Emotions or feelings.

Just allowing everything to be.

Seeing the experience arise.

And seeing the experience fall.

Allowing the natural falling back to being.

Take place.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
