Welcome to Meditation Session 1.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words or follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
And we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
And you can begin landing in this moment.
Allowing yourself to let go of everything in the future.
And allowing yourself to let go of everything that is in the past.
Allowing yourself to let go of everything that is not here in this place.
Which is only you and this meditation.
Allowing your body to relax and become still.
Mindfulness means that we are here and now observing what is going on in our mind.
So even if there is thoughts,
If we are here and observing them with a presence,
We are in the state of mindfulness.
So what we are aiming for is to land our presence,
To turn off our autopilot and come into this moment and observe the experience.
And often when we can come into this presence,
There comes more silence and there comes more relaxment both in the mind and in the body.
Maybe you already can feel your body relaxing.
Maybe you can feel the air against your skin.
Maybe you can feel the temperature of your body.
And maybe you can notice that there can be just a little bit more silence between your thoughts.
Gaining a little bit more space in your mind.
Allowing you to fill it up with presence of just being here in this moment.
Observing the experience of meditation.
Allowing your mind to become clear.
Your body to become relaxed.
And gently in its own pace coming back to balance.
The balance of just being here.
Letting go and inviting your presence to this moment.
And letting go and inviting your presence to this moment.
Feeling yourself up with new relaxing focus.
Calm and clear.
Just being here recharging,
Enjoying the moment.
This break of relaxation.
Being with the moment as it passes and allowing yourself to more and more enjoy this break of relaxation.
To refill and recharge and rebalance you.
And letting go and inviting your presence to this moment.
And letting go and inviting your presence to this moment.

Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And for every time you do these meditations the effect will be greater and it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.
Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
Getting it ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
