Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Allowing all that cognitive processing to rest for this moment of meditation.
Just observing,
Allowing your presence to land here and now in this moment.
Beginning to notice what's here in this moment.
You can hear the background music from this meditation.
You can hear my voice.
You can feel your body relaxing and just allowing your presence to land in this moment.
You can observe if there is any thoughts.
No need to stop them and no need to feed it any more energy.
Just allow it to pass through your mind as you just focus on being here and relaxing.
Allowing those silent gaps between the thoughts to become a little bit bigger,
A little bit more peaceful for every moment that passes.
Staying consciously observing of this moment.
Maybe if your mind drifting to the past or to the future,
You are just observing that and then you are here again in this moment,
Observing yourself.
Noticing your mind's cognitive activity.
Maybe there is still some thoughts or maybe it's already very silent and peaceful.
Beginning to relax all your brain into a really enjoyable state where you can come back to balance,
Recharge your energy,
Find a new refreshing focus.
It's very good for you to now and then just be here and now,
Relaxing your brain,
Recharging yourself.
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
